Fantastic host and the best little cozy cabin on Vrbo!
First, I want to thank Patty, the host and owner of the cabin we stayed at, for the most memorable experience for my family and me. I can't thank her enough for the best, most wonderful experience we had at this cabin. It's a beautiful, cozy, warm, and very inviting space. There is no TV in the house, but great WiFi if needed. There were plenty of board games available that my family and I enjoyed for hours until bedtime. We created memorable experiences and bonded over the different games we hadn't played in years. Patty provides the utmost 5-star customer service and offers the best communication I have ever had. I never felt frustrated throughout the process of booking the cabin, and her emails that listed all the fun activities we could experience in the area and the fantastic food places she recommended made planning our trip stress-free and the most fun experience we could have. If it weren't for her suggestions, a last-minute planner like myself would have felt stressed and rushed, but she made every step easy and our trip the best possible experience for my family and me. We followed her suggestions on where to eat and what activities we should try, and Patty was not wrong and was on point with her recommendations. There is a host, and there is a great host that goes above and beyond their duties to ensure you have a wonderful experience, and that's what Patty did. She did not need to do all the extras like provide snacks and a bottle of wine, she didn't need to check in to make sure we arrived safely and found the cabin suitable, and she didn't need to make herself available in case we needed anything or had a simple question, but she did. The service was above and beyond my expectations, and we will be coming back to book this cabin and work with Patty as a result of the beautiful experience she provided and the fantastic customer service we received. This was my first time using VRBO coming from the other rental service, and I will honestly never go back. Thank you again, Patty, for letting us stay in your beautiful cozy cabin and fantastic service where we felt provided and cared for.
