Este espacioso condominio para no fumadores de 1056 pies cuadrados, segundo piso, con entrada privada y un apantallado Lanai con vista a la piscina privada y se encuentra a pocos pasos de la hermosa South Beach.

La cocina se ha actualizado recientemente con microondas, lavavajillas, nevera y horno nuevos. El dormitorio principal ha sido recientemente redecorado con alfombras nuevas, pintura, muebles nuevos y cuenta con una cama doble y un amplio armario con vestidor, baño completo privado y acceso al Lanai. El segundo dormitorio también se ha redecorado recientemente con alfombra y pintura nuevas y tiene dos gemelos, mucho espacio en el armario y acceso a un baño completo separado.

La sala de estar cuenta con una amplia área de descanso con un nuevo sofá cama, TV de pantalla plana, DVD y reproductor de CD / AM / FM / estéreo con altavoces. Condo cuenta con conexiones inalámbricas a internet. El área de comedor con sillas y mesa se encuentra directamente fuera de la cocina totalmente equipada, moderna y espaciosa. South End Marco Island Condo

The condo is clean and well kept. It could use some minor maintenance, sliding glass doors need lubrication, washing machine is noisy. However, overall i give it an A rating, for being well kept and clean, it is in a very nice, quiet area, about 10 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shopping.

A Gem!!!

Host was great to communicate with. The space is clean, spacious, and well kept. Loved the screened in porch with direct view of the pool area. We stayed as a family of 5. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely rent from this host again! Great stay!

Marco Vacation

We had a wonderful week in Marco … perfect weather! The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offered plenty of room for our group of 4 and was conveniently located. The beach was within walking distance and we also relaxed at the pool and tiki hut. The owner, Steve, was very responsive through the entire rental process. We hope to make it back to Marco Island next year!

Perfect location!

Perfect location in Marco Island. We were a short walk to the beach, the pool was warm (89 degrees) and the condo was exactly as the description. The communication was more than excellent. We would definitely stay there again, we all had a great time.

Thanksgiving Vacation

Owners easy to communicate with. Location close to public beach access. Easy walking distance. Pool area nice. Condo a little outdated. Upgrades planned but not completed during our stay. Still nice. Had a great time.

Another great stay!

Another great 4th of July on Marco Island thanks to Steve. His condo is in the perfect location for the beach and other activities to do as a family. The condo is well taken care of and suitable for a family of 6 or less. The condo property is well kept and great for relaxing in the afternoon sun! We love staying at Steve's place and will be back again!

Fun in the Sun

Condo was spacious and worked out perfectly for two couples. Pool was such fun and enjoyable part of our stay. Kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. Great location, close to the beach and stores. The sunsets were beautiful at the beach. The owner Steve was very responsive with all inquiries we had during our stay.We really enjoyed our stay. Solid Condo for location and price

So I saw some of the reviews for this condo that were a bit derogatory in nature, and I was a bit nervous prior to check-in. Upon arrival I noticed right away that those reviews were pretty one-sided and unfair to the owner. Steve was responsive everytime I contacted him and very helpful with information concerning the property. The condo itself was very suitable for our family of six, and was in fine condition. The pool on the property was convenient, although we only used it once and it was very nice. The location in reference to the island was perfect and only a short five minute walk to the south beach entrance. The condo had all the items you need for meals and worked well for us. It was well stocked with starter items and an abundance of towels as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to any family of six or less. If we return to Marco Island again we will definitely look to see if Steve's condo is available! Thank you for a wonderful experience on the island.

Perfect week

Everything was great! Exactly what we needed for the week - kitchen supplies, beach supplies, & wonderful weather. We walked to the beach and had a short drive to our favorite eating spots. The pool and pool area was clean and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Marco Island

We had a great month at Marco. We loved walking on the beach, birding at the many nature preserves, and eating delicious seafood at the numerous restaurants. The condo is about .25 miles from the beach. Rental includes a cart, umbrella, beach towels, and other beach toys that make for a fun vacation..

Fantastic vacation

Lovely island. Condo is close to everything. We enjoyed having more privacy due to just 15 units verses the big high rises. Enjoyed it immensely. Saw a double rainbow our last evening.

OK... Watch out for additional fees

When we booked we spoke with Steven and he seemed like a great guy, nice and attentive. We arrived and check in was simple. The condo was decent, no major issues-everything in working order just a little dated and carpet needed replaced. No biggie. It was very peaceful and few, if any people were there. You're required to wash sheets, towels and wash cloths which is whatever but the washer is the size of a tin can and check out is 10am so we took the sheets to the laundry mat (I have a pic) the day prior and left them off the bed our final night and used our own blankets we had for travel. Now Mr. Steven is trying to say we didn't wash things and charge us an additional fee. We paid the "cleaning" fee with our room plus washed what we were asked to wash. We have messaged and called with no avail. Beings that we paid to wash them at the laundry mat next to Doreens on Saturday-we will not be paying that fee but I would gladly send him the pic of the sheets IN THE WASHER if he would respond. I also washed the last load of towels from our shower the night before checkout and they were in the dryer when we left bc we left at 7am. Otherwise, It is a nice location and again very quiet. The pool was good and we had it to ourselves both times we used it. Just a few updates to be made to the unit but nothing that would deterre from renting it as it is a beach house so it is kind of expected to not be perfect due to sand and people tracking in and out. However we have tried to contact the owner for the past few days with no response in regards to the additional fee for the laundry that we DID wash so thats pretty discouraging.

Great Location!

We had a fantastic time in our trip to Marco Island. There was a bit of frustration at the beginning of our trip but once that was all resolved we had a great time. The location was great, the cost of the condo was great, the owner was very friendly and responsive.

Most condo's on island are in complexes with as many as 50 or more units. Seabury only has 15 units which means lots of room in the pool and Tiki hut area, often times without anyone else around. Has a lot of Covid safe features
