Cozy Cottage in the Northwoods

This beautiful cottage was recently renovated and is located in a prime location for all sorts of activities. Sitting in the middle of Wisconsin’s Waterfall Capital less than 20 miles from High Falls Flowage and Crivitz, WI, and close to ATV/Snowmobile trails (less than 5 miles to public access which you can drive on roads to get there), tubing, rafting, and fishing; this Northwoods gem will ensure a great Wisconsin experience! The cabin is located just over an hour from Green Bay, an hour and a half from the Fox Valley, and less than three hours from Milwaukee.

Great weekend getaway!

Our family of 6 found this gem of a place for our Labor Day trip up north. The 'Shack' was clean, well stocked, and perfect for our needs. It is definitely secluded, which we loved! We especially enjoyed the hammocks, bocce ball, and fire pit!

Great Secluded cabin

We were very happy with our stay. The hosts were excellent to communicate with and they thought of everything for their guests. Indoor and outdoor games, coffee bar, snacks etc. The cabin was secluded and very clean inside. The outdoor covered patio was great. We will certainly be staying here again.

Beautiful

The property was beautiful inside and out. The "shack" was anything but a shack. Super clean, lovely decor, beautiful scenery, and lots of things to do. Overall a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay there again. The property owners were super responsive, and we really enjoyed the area. We felt very fortunate to have found this lovely retreat!

North Woods Weekend

The house exceeded our expectations. Everything was great-the attention to detail was very impressive. We all thought the house was beautifully maintained and the little things just made the stay all that more comfortable. We will definitely be back next time we’re up this way.

Beautiful Schack

The owners call it “The Schack” but it’s a really cute and clean cottage. Didn’t take advantage of the wine bar because we didn’t spend a lot of time there due to a wedding. If we return to the area we would definitely stay again!

Up North anniversary get-away

My husband and I were looking for an extended weekend get-away to celebrate our anniversary. The Shack was a perfect home-away-from-home to spend time together. Quiet, cozy, clean, and up-to-date decor rounded this house out nicely! It was as-described on the Vrbo website, and exceeded our expectations! And to add to our delight, the owners had a stocked coffee and wine bar, snacks, and even surprised us with a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate! We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to get away, and would definitely like to return :)
