Bella Vista, a phrase in Italian meaning 'beautiful view,' offers exactly that: a stunning view of the lake among a home that absolutely delights. What's not to love? This home offers exactly what vacationers are looking for, providing private lake access and a comfortable home setting, all in a convenient central location in the heart of the lake. A bubbling hot tub on the deck, lake-facing fire pit, private dock slip, dual decks and a stone patio, as well as plentiful outdoor seating throughout the outdoor space round out the amenities all make for an exceptional lakeside setting. In the lower level of the home, you'll find a game room built for gathering, perfect for making exciting memories together. The wet bar, gas fireplace, pool table, and deck access are complimented by the large Smart TV, which allows for epic days full of Sunday football, movie nights in, and all sorts of festive gatherings.

Location Highlight: The popular Lakeside Creamery, a local ice cream shop and a tradition among many vacationing families, is within easy walking distance of the home! Elsewhere, the dining at Ace's Run, as well as the lakefront fun at the Honi Honi Bar are also nearby, just seconds away by car. Come Winter, the Honi Honi hosts the Deep Creek Dunk event, which means that guests at Bella Vista can even walk to the fun!

Sleeping Arrangements: Three king beds, two queen beds. There are no sleeper sofas or futons included in the official occupancy count; all guests will enjoy a bed.

* Winter Advisory: Deep Creek is a mountainous region that experiences more snowfall and ice than you may be used to. Many roads and driveways can be steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are advised in the winter months. *

Gym/ Pool Access: This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home s full occupancy.

We had a beautiful vacation at Bella Vista! The house is spectacular. We were right on the water and could walk to the Lakeside Creamery and the local restaurants and bars. We rented a boat and enjoyed fishing and swimming and relaxing in the Adirondack Chairs. One of the days we visited Swallow Falls State Park and hiked the 1.5 mile Canyon Loop Trail along Muddy Creek Falls, Swallow Tail and the scenic Swallow Falls. It was a memorable time with family!

Beautiful house, beautiful location. Centrally located where we didn’t have to drive a vehicle anywhere. Boat dock was very nice. I would definitely recommend this house!

Great Christmas Getaway

We spent the Christmas week with our adult kids at Buena Vista. The home served us very well with wonderful bedrooms on each level, a well stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, cups, glasses, etc) a huge dining table where games were played, puzzles built and meals enjoyed. We all talked about how we would visit again at Buena Vista in a heart beat.

Beautiful House! Great Location!

This was our first time staying at Deep Creek Lake and it looks like we chose a great house and location. We could walk to a lot of the bars in the evening too...which was a plus since we were celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday!

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time. House was clean and exactly what we expected from photos. This space was great for the family to gather (without feeling like we were on top of each other the whole time) Loved the patio plus additional 2 deck levels as well as the main living space and basement living space options. Would absolutely stay here again!

Gorgeous home, right on the water. The house was very well equipped with all of the necessities and more! Loved the hot tub on the lower deck which was covered in case of rain. Walking distance to great food and ice cream. Would definitely return!!! Thank you!!

Amazing property for a large group sitting right on the water. Prime location next to all the hot spots : Honi Honi, Brenda’s, the store, ice cream and donuts! Host was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions/requests.

Great property and location!

Amazing location, perfect for our recent and first Deep Creek experience. One of the few deep creek properties within walking distance of ice cream, restaurants, and boating rentals. House is better than described - clean and comfortable. One of our children got poison ivy or oak from playing in some of the wooded areas between the house and dock (off the path) so please mindful of surroundings with small kids. Overall great experience - you won’t regret it!

short family get away

1st time in a long time that we have been able to get together just the family. It was a close get away for everyone attending to get to and enjoy. We had all the accesses we could ask for water access, fire pit, pool table, hot tub & walking distance coffee shop.

Lovely Weekend Getaway

I recently stayed on property and it was a lovely time. You can't ask for a better location if you want to be close to the nightlife of the area. Only issue was a broken piece of the basement stairway, but I wouldn't hold that against the houses rating as it was only a minor flaw.

Bella Vista is Heaven on Earth!

This home is just fabulous...the best I've stayed at in my 8 years of coming to Deep Creek. Right on the lake, amazing views, lovely touches from the home-owners. These all combine to make this spot incredibly cozy, comforting, and luxurious. Walkable to Ace's Run and Firewater. Can't recommend enough!

Great house and location.

Great house and location. The second floor master suite has a number of luxuries. The four other bedrooms are just normal. All beds were great The only downside I would say it is right along a busy road and you could hear road noise significantly on the second floor. I guess that's what you get for being in the middle of great restaurants.
