Enjoy spectacular sunsets from this 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome, located on picturesque Little Sabine Bay. Four balconies from which to enjoy the views, one off of each bedroom, and two on the main living level. Views from the living room and kitchen as well.

The main level offers an open kitchen with updated appliances and gorgeous views of Little Sabine Bay. Relax on the new sleeper sofa and watch your favorite sports team play or movie on the large flat screen TV. Just down the hall is a half bath and a dining room with a table seating 6 with windows all around for letting the sunlight in on a bright afternoon.

At the end of a fun-filled day at the beach step upstairs to the master bedroom that has a King bed, large flat screen TV, and private stand-alone shower. The views from the private balcony are simply incredible! Just down the hall is the guest bedroom which offers a Queen bed, large flat screen TV, private bathroom with shower/tub combo and a private balcony.

Pull your boat right up to the white sandy beach right behind the townhome, where the kids will enjoy playing in the calm, shallow waters. Perfect protected spot for paddle boarding and kayaking, too! The beach and Gulf of Mexico are just across the street! Fully enclosed garage for 2 cars.

Little Sabine

We brought our jet ski and I wouldn’t recommend bringing one because the entire Little Sabine is no wake, no motorize vessels in the middle and it took about 30 minutes to get out to go and ride. There’s no dock to tie up to and the edge is covered in grasses. There were a few pylons that we waded out to tie off. Other than my own issues with the jet-ski it’s a great little place to stay. When we arrived there was a little sand on the stairs and floors but that expected at the beach. Need a different broom upstairs and maybe a small electric blower for the garage area. One thing that was weird is the shower in the bedroom. I’m a builder and could not figure out why it was done like it is and it was definitely not done by a professional.

But, when we got there the power was out in one bedroom, it was fixed the next day. There were several doors that would not close good because screws were loose in the hinges and handles were loose. The garbage disposal was froze up. Hope they didn't mind, I fixed the door and had my garbage disposalwren h with me and fixed it

House was neat; floors were dirty

We stayed at Villa Savine for four days and were delighted with the cleanliness of the kitchen and living room. Every detail and every decoration makes this house very special. Our overall rating was 3 because our king mattress was very saggy and uncomfortable to sleep on and if your mattress is uncomfortable you will not have a good day the next day. Another area we gave a one star rating was the floors. Did the cleaning team 'forget' that they also had to clean the floors? This goes against the management company and we believe they owe us half of the cleaning fee because we had to clean the floors. We informed them about the problem but they never replied

Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife, a friend, and our eight year old son head a great stay in late June and early July. The condo location is great. The view from every room is outstanding, particularly from the upstairs master bedroom where you can see both the Gulf and the inlet to the bay side. Decor and amenities are great. There were a couple of beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys in the garage to use, which were very handy. It is a 20 minute walk to 5 minute drive to restaurants on the bay side along the boardwalk, so fairly close.I had three small complaints. First, the bedrooms need dressers or shelves in the closet so there is somewhere to put your clothes. Second, despite having an electronic lock, you are asked to use a key for the deadbolts. I have rented a number of vacation properties in the last ten years, and haven’t had to do this in a long time. It makes things inconvenient when there are only two keys and more than two adults staying at the house in figuring out schedules as to who will be home when in order to know who should carry the keys. Third, the ceiling on the second floor (not the top floor) leaked during a rainstorm - we called the management company to tell them and per their request I emailed them pictures, but I didn’t get a response, which combined with the fact that it looked like that section of the ceiling had been painted over makes me think it isn’t uncommon. I’d also note that if your rental starts on Sunday, the unit wasn’t available until 5pm (we arrived at 4:45pm and were told we would have to wait) and the office closes at 6pm, so it is a pretty small window to pick up the keys - again, this could be solved by having all electronic locks so they can email you the code and you don’t have to go to an office to do anything.Even with those three complaints, we were still very satisfied with the condo and would absolutely rent it again. GREAT location. Great views. Lots of outdoor space. Family friendly but stairs may be an issue for those with small children. Some of rugs need anti-slip. Lock on sliding door to balcony in master bedroom does not work.

Girls weekend

We loved this condo! Location is great- short walk to beach and Peg Leg Pete's restaurant. The views from every room are gorgeous! We loved watching the sunset right from the couch. The decor, furnishings and appliances are beautiful and in great condition. Beds are very comfortable. Entire condo was very clean on arrival- so clean, in fact, that I walked right into the sliding glass door when we arrived because I couldn't tell it was closed (there was no harm to me or the door😂). The only suggestion I have is that you add a few more wine glasses- we found only 1 in the kitchen. We absolutely plan to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay!

We had everything we needed. Very short and convenient walk to the beach. The best part about this condo was being on the bay… best of both worlds. If you run or walk it’s perfect for that as well! Loved the garage for storing all our beach equipment and loved both large decks overlooking the bay. Overall, I would 100% stay here again. The only thing we lacked was a grill but that’s no big deal. :) Great place!

Wonderful beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for me, my wife and two pre-k aged kids. Everything was in great shape and very clean. The condo has everything you would need and came exactly as advertised. We were very comfortable. The beach is right across the street - super convenient. The beach is wonderful with super soft white sand and nice surf for playing in the waves with the small kids. We even got very lucky and saw a couple dolphins swimming in the bay behind the condo! Amazing!
