Ubicada al otro lado de la calle de Santa Rosa Sound y a una corta caminata de tres cuadras de la playa de arena blanca, esta cabaña actualizada tiene mucho que ofrecer.

208 Panferio Drive es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

La cabaña que admite mascotas tiene un patio cercado, un gran espacio al aire libre / terraza y cocina gourmet. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama tamaño king, mientras que el baño principal tiene una ducha de vapor y una bañera profunda con patas. La sala de estar tiene un techo de viga abierta, un televisor de pantalla plana grande y muchas ventanas para una buena luz natural. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, una estufa de gas de Viking y un buen espacio de trabajo. La habitación número 2 tiene una cama queen y la habitación número 3 tiene dos gemelos. Estas habitaciones comparten un baño hall con la sala de estar.

Perfect location and an amazing property

Where to begin with this place...it is amazing. This is a very short walk from anywhere you really need to be in Pensacola Beach. The kitchen is very well equipped to prepare full meals. The gas grill outside works well too, as we used it a couple times The beds were all very comfortable, with plenty of pillows and extra bedding. The air conditioners keep this place comfortable, or even cold, if that's what you want, which is no small feat in Florida heat. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and nice. The space under the house is to die for! This is a different property since it has been raised off the ground. There is a very nice fenced area where pets can roam around. They even have potty bags to clean up the mess, if you forget to bring one down with you. If you ever have any problem, the property management team is right on it and will get your problem sorted out very, very quickly. We loved this place and will most likely be back here for another stay in the near future!

My family did the Polar Plunge. The water was freezing but we want to try new things in 2024. The only draw back was we could not watch football games in the bedrooms.

AWESOME RETREAT

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was just as advertised. Neat, clean, and well taken care of. Lots of space to spread out, great patio to enjoy the sun for morning coffee or late night caps. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The only things to watch out for are the mattresses' in the master and guest room are well used and have permanent waves but not a bad nights sleep and the gas stove that was cool to cook on had burner issues that constantly went out at lower flame levels. But none of that would stop me from staying here again in the future. Walking distant to all the beach has to offer and the boardwalk for night life and food.

Great escape close to all the action.

I traveled with my 16 yr old son. We loved the proximity to Flounders and the shops- but felt we were far enough away to enjoy quiet time on the deck. Home was comfy and had all the kitchen essentials.

We love the layout of this house and its location on the beach, close to places we love and people we enjoy. The reason for the 4 on the condition of the property is only because the reclining sofa in the house was not operational, and my husband requires his legs up due to back pain, the reason for the 4 on cleanliness is due to finding some missed spots while trying to troubleshoot the sofa issue.

Kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need. So happy it was pet friendly with a fenced yard! The deck was an added plus that we enjoyed. The home was very clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture could use updating/replacement. Paradise Beach Homes staff very responsive and professional!

I felt safe walking the area with my dog. Good location, close to restaurants but far enough away to be peaceful. Would highly recommend and would return!

Great Location

Pros: This was in a great location- 7 minute walk to the beach and 10-20 minute walk to other amenities. Kitchen had almost everything you might need and the house itself is super cute and overall pretty comfortable! Cons: Unfortunately checkin is not the most simple (have to pick up and drop off keys at the beach rental- which is about a 10 minute walk from the beach house). Swapping to an electric key pad would make checkin/checkout a lot easier (especially when coming in from out of town with no cars). With 6 people staying we expected to have 2 working toilets and one of the toilets was not working the entire time. Seems that the rental company has been aware of this for a while and has not fixed it (we’re paying for 2 bathrooms, and expect to be able to use both). WiFi also did not work our entire time, and there are no beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, cart, etc. When we arrived there was only 1 roll of TP per bathroom and maybe half a roll of paper towels. For the price of the house, I’d highly recommend the rental company addressing these issues to make for a more convenient and comfortable stay for guests. Loved the house and location, but the lack of basic needs and the lack of functional items that we paid for would make me less inclined to rent from this place again.

Pleasant stay

Overall, a pleasant stay. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to others. Updated property with minor issues which is to be expected- toilet did not flush properly in one bathroom and a couple of non essential doors and locks did not work but management offered to address when we reported the issues. The issues were not significant so we declined. Beach was a 5 to 10 minute walk from the house. Recommendations: for the rental price, would like to see a larger essential stock supply of items like toilet paper, detergent, dishwashing soap, etc. would also recommend providing beach amenities such as beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella for guest use so we don’t have to bring or purchase our own for the week.

Great dog friendly house near beach

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and spacious home just a 4 minute walk to beautiful Pensacola Beach. Thank you for being dog friendly! The yard is fenced (tall fence on most, short fence along one side). We will certainly stay here again!
