Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in the town of Fréhel, just 700 metres from the beach, with a swimming pool and sauna (at an extra charge) within the residential complex. It measures 60 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the ground floor with a view of the 18-hole golf course, it comprises a lovely 23 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, two shower rooms, and you can enjoy a shared garden of around 50 m² as well as a terrace. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The north-east-facing property (sunny from sunrise until around 2 pm) is laid out as follows:
Living area:
- A 23 m² living room opening onto the terrace, with a TV, a double sofa bed, an armchair and a dining area.
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, a hob, a Senseo pod coffee machine, a toaster and a raclette machine…
Bedroom area:
- Bedroom 1 opening onto the terrace: a double bed (140×190), a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- A shower room
- Separate toilet

Outdoors:
An open terrace of approximately 15m², facing north-east with a stunning view of the golf course, furnished with a table and chairs so you can enjoy a lovely meal in the sun!

Communal areas:
The residence features a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna, accessible from April to the end of October.
The swimming pool is open from 9.30 am to 7.45 pm during school holidays and from 9.30 am to 6.45 pm the rest of the year. These times are for guidance only and are subject to change.
The wellness facilities are shared with all residents.
Each stay includes one sauna session per person. Access to the sauna in the pool area is available on request and for an additional charge at reception.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a high chair, a cot, a plancha, an iron and ironing board, a baby bath, a toilet seat reducer and a potty.

The flat is ideally situated in Fréhel, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, just 5 minutes from the beach. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as a range of boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market in the surrounding area…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the public car park at the bottom of the holiday complex.
You can drive up to the holiday complex to unload your vehicle by passing through the barrier, which is secured by a digital code.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Lamballe, approximately 30 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard, approximately 40 minutes’ drive away
