Great Stay in a great Neighborhood

We had a great stay. Easy access to shopping and entertainment. Close to everything but not right in the middle of it. Host was great, home was clean and well maintained. Great value!

Best Vrbo ever!

My teenaged son and I stayed for a long weekend and it was great! The location and the house were wonderful. Thad was responsive and friendly. I visit the DFW area every year or so and this will be my first choice every time.

Very nice house in safe neighborhood

Very easy check in process, communication with host was excellent, house is just as appears in photos. Would definitely stay here again! Walmart, pharmacies, and restaurants not far at all.

Perfect fall weekend, TCU beat BYU and this property and owner are fabulous! Would highly recommend this lovely home and Thad was an amazing host! We hope to return soon!

My wife and I came to town to watch our grandson in a karate tournament. The house was beautiful. Everything was very clean, and just how it was described. We will definitely book this again when we come back to town. Thad was a great host.

Old Folks on a business vacation.

This was a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. After a long day of business it was very nice to come into an area where we knew we could rest without worry. Thad was always available if needed. Thanks Thad from the old folks!

Lovely home

I can't say enough about this wonderful property. Everything was spotless upon our arrival. Our host was very easy to contact and replied very quickly. The kitchen is large, with lots of cabinets and very nice appliances/dishes. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. We have been looking for a home to stay in when visiting our son and his family who live nearby. This is by far the best home out there and we'll definitely be back! Thank you, Thad, for everything.

Very clean & quiet

Very clean, smells good...so happy to walk in and feel right at home. No worries or concerns about cleanliness at all. Neighborhood is peaceful. It was a tad further from the places we intended to visit, but for the quiet nights, restful sleep & clean home it was worth the extra driving. Bring your own high efficiency detergent if using the washer and an extra long charging cord for the non-master bedroom...plugs aren't close to the nightstands.

Perfect Stat

We were in the Ft. Worth area for a long weekend visiting friends and taking in sites. The house was centrally located for everywhere we went. The home was exactly like advertised. It was clean, well stocked and everything was in working order. Thad was excellent to work with! He was quick to respond to questions throughout our booking. He was very accommodating to a last minute request we had as well. We hope it doesn’t take us another 12 years to return to the area but we know we have found our Ft.Worth “home” when we do!

26 days transition to our new home

Lovely home, quiet neighborhood and quick access to most everything. Thad was a perfect host who was readily available when we needed him. Overall, it was the perfect home while waiting on our new home to be completed.

I have nothing negative to share about this property. It was clean, well stocked, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The property owner was exceptionally helpful and returned all communications quickly. Great location for TMS events!
