This is a quiet, family-friendly property. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Only registered guests may stay at the property.



📺 Entertainment

Each unit includes a Smart TV with streaming services. Guests should use their own accounts and remember to log out before checkout. If you forget, our team can assist afterward.



🚭 Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A $500 fee applies for violations. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.



🌳 Shared Outdoor Areas

The backyard, hot tub, and picnic area are professionally maintained. Since these are outdoor spaces, occasional leaves or small amounts of natural debris may be present between scheduled cleanings. The area is regularly serviced, and the hot tub is properly maintained for guest safety and comfort.



🌿 Landscaping

Lawn maintenance is completed weekly.



📷 Security Cameras

Two exterior cameras are installed for security purposes — one at the front of the property and one facing the shared backyard. There are no cameras inside the units.



⚠️ House Rules

Violations of house rules may result in cancellation without a refund and possible loss of any applicable deposit.



🐞 Pest Control

Professional pest control is performed monthly. Because the property has outdoor and garden areas, guests may occasionally encounter harmless insects such as ants, spiders, or beetles. Please contact us if assistance is needed.



📶 Wi-Fi

High-speed Wi-Fi is provided in each unit. We have a Smart TV where you can log in to your account of your favorite streaming platforms. Cable TV is not available.



🚫 Illegal Substances

We do not authorize the possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs on the premises. Violations may result in immediate cancellation without a refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Evidence of drug use will also result in a $500 cleaning fee.



🚿 A Note on the Bathroom

Please note that the bathroom is compact, especially the shower area. If you need anything during your stay, just let us know and we'll be happy to assist.



🔫 No Weapons Policy

Weapons of any type are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives. Any guest who brings, stores, or uses a weapon on the property will be subject to immediate cancellation without a refund. The incident may also be reported to the booking platform and appropriate local authorities.
