Chalet in absolute calm, near La Clusaz and Grand Bornand

We are renting out our luxury family chalet, where you can relax and enjoy a change of scenery no matter the season.
It is located on the Forgeassoud plateau in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. The ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand are 3 km away (with a ski bus running all day), and Annecy and its lake are 25 minutes away.
The chalet offers an enchanting setting. Nestled on the edge of a forest and meadow, it is completely peaceful and boasts a magnificent view of the Aravis mountain range. In winter, cross-country ski trails and snowshoe trails run right past the chalet. The same goes for summer, with hiking trails nearby.

The chalet offers an immediate escape from everyday life with its wood paneling, fireplace, and animal hides. It is ideal for 6 adults accompanied by 2 or 3 children. It features:

1 mezzanine with a bed and a desk
2 bathrooms
1 double garage
Outdoor parking for 3 cars.

It is fully equipped for enjoying delicious meals around the large wooden table or on the terrace in the summer. We hope you’ll feel just as at home here as we do!
Also worth noting in the summer is the excellent network of mountain bike trails and downhill runs in La Clusaz, and for road bike enthusiasts, many legendary Tour de France mountain passes are nearby: the Col de la Colombière, the Col des Aravis, the Col de la Forclaz, and the Semnoz!
The chalet is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
