"Les Acajous" se encuentra en la ladera de St-Jean con una vista panorámica de la playa de St-Jean, ofrece paz, privacidad, serenidad y belleza.

Sala de estar muy espaciosa, extremadamente cómoda, abierta a la terraza, TV de pantalla plana grande con canales estadounidenses (Dish Network), conexión DVD / VCR / IPod, home cinema, sistema estéreo con altavoces interiores / exteriores, acceso a internet WIFI.

Tres habitaciones con aire acondicionado, TV / reproductor de DVD, puertas y ventanas de pantallas con baño privado, una bañera, dos duchas y secador de pelo.

La cocina totalmente equipada está adyacente al comedor interior, todos los modernos electrodomésticos de cocina, vajilla y barbacoa de gas.

Disfrute de la piscina con la gran terraza para tomar el sol con vistas a la playa y la privacidad mientras se relaja en el cómodo salón.

Está a poca distancia en coche de la playa de St-Jean o la playa de Saline y está cerca de los restaurantes y tiendas de Gustavia.

Villa "Les Acajous" es un lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones agradables ... !!!

St. Barth's is paradise!

Our stay was perfect. Marie-Claude is an amazing host. She is very responsive and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The home has a great set up, is very clean and very well stocked. We loved our stay and hope to return again soon!

Perfect villa for our Thanksgiving vacation

Very clean and well appointed villa. Kitchen well set up for a few nights cooking in and a beautiful outdoor table with views over the bay. Beach chairs, umbrellas and plenty of beach towels. Owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any requests. Highly recommend.

Lovely villa with view of St Jean

We were so happy with this villa! The rooms (and beds) were comfortable, all with views, all with en suite bathrooms. The pool was nice to have, and the setting overlooking the bay of St Jean just lovely. Our host Marie-Claude met us at the airport and was readily available during our stay. Thumbs up! Hope to return again!

Les Acajous

My wife and I, once again, really enjoyed our stay at Les Acajous. The location is so convenient to our activities. The view is spectacular looking at the mountains, the airport, and the gorgeous sea off St. Jean beach to some of the outer islands. We love the relaxed and comfortable lay out of the home. Marie-Claude is awesome and very responsive.

Spectacular in Every Way!

Perfect right from the start! Marie Claude made sure that everything was perfect for us. There were even drinks in the fridge. The villa is accurately depicted and incredibly comfortable and very clean. The location is superb, right near everything, and the view is grand. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms was fabulous and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Lucien did an amazing job of keeping the villa clean and beautiful every day. We will be back for sure!

Fabulous.

A perfect week! Villa was very clean with daily maid service and clean towels. It was well furnished- we especially appreciated the beach umbrellas and cooler, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Marie-Claude made everything so easy- she provided our car (the mini was perfect), picked us up from the airport, took us back to the airport, and was available for any questions. The view is just as fabulous as the photo, and the shaded outdoor space was just lovely. We explored the entire island, but greatly enjoyed early mornings and late afternoons outside at the villa.

Family 2015 Vacation

We had a wonderful week at Villa Les Acajous. Having been to St. Barts many times, we had never visited in September and didn't know that many restaurants and stores are closed for the month. Our family wanted to snorkel and take a catamaran around the island, to Colombier and we had no luck calling or finding anyone available. We called Les Acajous house owner Marie Claude and she was able to find a catamaran and a sailor to take us out. It was one of the most spectacular days of our lives. Marie Claude was the most hands on home owner we have ever rented from in St. Barts and we highly recommend renting from her. Les Acajous is centrally located, right near St. Jean beach, and a six minute drive from downtown Gustavia. The pool is well kept and the house is extremely clean. There are two large, harmless, iguanas that reside near the home (a thrill to see!) If you are a family of 4-6, Les Acajous is a perfect place to stay!

Unbelievable Luxury

Marie Claude & Villa Les Acajous set the standards by which all other private house rentals can be measured. This owner has succeeded in thinking of absolutely everything one could possibly want in a private villa. Everything is perfect: location, accommodation, service, privacy, gardens, amenities, pool. As fabulous as the photos on the website are, they don't begin to do justice to the overall amazing experience one will enjoy. It is pure bliss. Can't wait for our return.

Gorgeous, serene, spacious and clean.

We stayed at the villa a few weeks ago (August 2010) and it was a great pleasure to stay in. Well situated above the village of St Jean, you can see the planes come into the little runway, a big saline pond with birds and wildlife and of course the beautiful beach and ocean, just a few minutes walk (albeit down a steep hill) away. Our host met us and conveyed us and our luggage to the villa, gave us a quick tour and left us in peace, until she showed up at the crack of dawn to take us back to the ferry - a service we had not expected, and which was provided free. The villa was cleaned daily by the efficient housekeeper who never seem to mind that we were draped around on sunbeds by the pool on the very spacious deck, while she went about her work. We moved from air conditioned bedrooms with en suite baths, to the pool, then finally down to the beach, a stroll in the village, a meal at one of the many delicious restaurants. We made good use of the little car to get to the numerous shops and beaches. The villa could not have served us better - the photos are good but really it's even nicer - and so clean. If you are looking to stay in a lovely home in this slice of heaven, you'll be happy you stayed at Les Acajous. We were.

We had our honey moon in ...

We had our honey moon in the villa Les Acajous oveelooks the great St Jean's Bay and this place is a true paradise .All accomodations are great ,confort and luxury and the Villa is five minutes from shopping of Gustavia.The owner Marie Claude is from St Barth and she is very helpfull for anything you need.I's the most beautiful place I never had in St Barth.

We just came back from this paradise island and this lovely Villa Les Acajous ,the villa has such a panoramic view overlooking St Jean Bay ,it' just stunning...Restaurants , shoppings,beaches and the town of Gustavia everything is just within a few minutes . The owner is very helpful ,we fell home away from home with all the assistance you need at anytime . We will definitely come back and advise it to whoever want to spend the best holidays in the perfect place .

We have stayed at Les Aca...

We have stayed at Les Acajous 6 or 7 times in as many years. Found the Villa to be extremely comfortable, very well equipped and with one of the very best locations, The views are sensational. The owner is on island and is willing to do anything necessary to make your stay all it should be. I would have no reservations about recommending a stay there.
