WE DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS, even if they are small and well behaved.

• Secure entry into the building and condo unit
• Large great room with Wi-Fi, cable, smart TV, and fireplace.
• Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Keurig and traditional coffee maker and a breakfast bar that seats 6.
• Laundry room
• Many closets, tiled floors.
• Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and relaxing mood LED lighting
• The second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV.
• Vertical spa shower (6 shower heads) in the master bath and shower and tub in the hall bath

***YOU CAN WALK ACROSS THE STREET TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Sunset taxi and wine tours (call ahead for services/hours)
• The Loft at Indian Creek (full bar, several TVs and sit down dining) Open year round but hours may be limited in off season
• Gas station and convenience store open year round
• Putt Putt and ice cream during peak season

***WITHIN A 5-10 MINUTE DRIVE:
• Geneva-on-the-Lake strip with arcades, restaurants, putt and putt and more during peak season
• Adventure Zone (putt putt, batting cages, bumper boats, zip-lining)
• Geneva State Park
• Canopy tours and kids’ adventure courses

***We DO provide the following: Toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, bedding, towels, hair dryer, blankets and dishes/cookware/utensils/glassware.

***We DO NOT provide bath soap, shampoo, tooth brushes, toothpaste, razors, etc.

***A noise aware system is installed in the unit. It measures decibel level only and notifies me if it gets too loud, it does not record any conversations.

***The hot water tanks in these condos are smaller than a normal house, so you may need to plan/ scatter showers accordingly.
