Nice ski-in/ski-out apartment in the heart of the village 1800, close to the Champamé ski school and shops. <br>Access to the city center on foot in less than 10 minutes. <br>Apartment for 4 people, you leave the residence directly on the track with access to the 2 areas.<br>In 2 minutes on foot, you can access the shops of the village, peaceful and welcoming area.<br><br>A non-nominative covered parking lot is located at the door of the residence.<br>Please note that since 2025, parking in the entire municipality of Les 2 Alpes has been charged. <br>Here is the link from the Town Hall regarding parking:<br> https://www.mairie2alpes.fr/page-stationnement<br><br>The accommodation:<br>25 m² apartment with balcony for 4 people. In the entrance, a mountain area with bunk bed separated from the living room by a sliding door. Bathroom with shower cubicle and heated towel rail separated from the toilet.<br>In the main room, a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, Tassimo, microwave grill, raclette machine, fondue, crepe maker and croque monsieur appliance.<br>Several storage spaces are at your disposal.<br>In the living room, a sofa bed (140x 200 bed), a smart TV, a dining area for 4 people and a bay window opening onto a 5 m² balcony.<br>Locked ski locker on the first floor of the residence.<br>Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, for any other request, please contact us.<br>Your stay:<br>The keys will be handed over via the GD Alpes concierge (2 steps from the residence) which will be available to help you, loan/rent equipment if necessary. Cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay, but it can be done by the concierge for an amount of 40€.<br>It offers the following services:<br>Linen rental: complete kit double bed (18€), single bed (12€), bath towel (4€), childcare equipment, ... <br>In the apartment, you will find on your arrival: a welcome kit (sponge, garbage bag, toilet roll), 4 pillows, a double duvet (200x200) and 2 individual duvets, an end-of-stay cleaning kit (vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, ...)<br>On the other hand, you will need to bring bed linen and towels.<br>The apartment is non-smoking.<br>Our animal friends are not accepted.<br><br>Other notes:<br>100m from the residence, you will find several shops (restaurants, sale of local take-away menus, mini-market, snack bar, ski equipment rental shop, sale of ski-passes, laundry, petanque court, volleyball court, children's games, artificial lake 500m away, ...<br>Enjoy your stay
