It enjoys its own private pool, central AC, high speed internet and a panoramic view over the valley below.

With its 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, perfectly fitted kitchen, cosy living room it is the perfect place from which to explore the Black Perigord and its treasures.

On the ground floor:
* a large living room, offering:
- a comfortable sitting area, with leather sofa and armchairs, coffee table, and a wood burning stove ideal for mid season stays.
- a spacious fully equipped kitchen, and dining area for up to 6 people.

A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find:
* a first double bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a chest of drawers. This room has glass doors opening onto the balcony.
* alongside, and up a couple of steps is a shower room with shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet
* a twin bedroom with two single beds
* the third bedroom offers a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a hanging rail.
* a family bathroom with bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet

For our guests comfort, the house is completely air conditioned.
