A 40-square-meter one-bedroom apartment with a loft, located on the 2nd floor of a residence just steps from the slopes and a short walk from the sports complex, restaurants, and shops.

It consists of a living area opening onto the terrace (southeast-facing) with a splendid view of the resort and the surrounding mountains, a bedroom, a sleeping alcove equipped with a bunk bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

The living area features a large picture window, a sleeper sofa (145×200), a flat-screen TV, and fiber-optic internet

The kitchen is partially open to the living area and is equipped with induction cooktops, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, and a coffee machine (compatible with Nespresso, Dolce Gusto capsules, or ground coffee).

The bedrooms are located at the entrance to the apartment and can be closed off from the living room.
The first bedroom can accommodate a couple with a double bed. It features a closet, a console table, and a television.
The second bedroom (loft) has a bunk bed (90x190) and a closet.
Two duvets are provided for each sleeping area (220x240 and 140x200)

Please note: kitchen towels, bath towels, sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases are not provided.
