Spacious 4BR Home in Nashville's Trendy Gulch Neighborhood - Mins to Broadway!

The Truman House is a detached, 2-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home in The Gulch South neighborhood that sleeps up to 12 guests.

The bottom floor features a spacious kitchen, dining room, screened-in porch, and half bathroom.

The top floor features a laundry room with a full washer and dryer, a bonus room with a sleeper sofa and gaming consoles, and four thoughtfully curated bedrooms: the "Traverse" is the master bedroom with two Full beds and a large Full bathroom. The "Westlake" and "Berkshire" bedrooms each have a Queen bed, while the "Orion" bedroom has two Full beds. A full-size bathroom splits the Orion and Berkshire bedrooms.

There is free parking in the driveway with additional free street parking available. The neighborhood is very walker and scooter friendly and it is extremely easy to access Nashville's local attractions. Walk or scooter to The Gulch or take a short Uber/Lyft to Downtown, Broadway, Midtown, Music Row, and more! Only 1.5 miles from the heart of Broadway and Downtown Nashville.

The hosts thought of everything from some of the essentials you might have accidentally forget at home to a welcome sampler of local IPAs in the fridge to comfy throw blankets in nearly every room to enjoy! Their communication was excellent and the location was perfect for our time downtown!

5 Star Location and Accommodations

This property was great! Mallory was super attentive with timely communication. The location is ideal, right in the city close to the highway and just a quick Uber ride away from Broadway. The neighborhood is swanky and very safe feeling. I'd definitely stay here again.

Loved everything about it!

The house was awesome. It was THE best house rental we’ve stayed in. It was super clean, very spacious, great kitchen facilities, and great location. We were able to walk to the Gulch neighborhood and a short Uber to Broadway music and bars. Also the hosts have stocked the house with so many thoughtful extras: wide range of snacks, charge cords with multiple connectors, Hey Google speakers, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap, etc. The hosts responded quickly to questions and check in and check out were smooth. I would definitely recommend this house.

Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great and the space in the home is perfect. Well appointed with everything we needed. We were a group of 5 women and enjoyed our outings but loved the comfort of the home for lounging and catching up.

Amazing weekend getaway!

We loved this property- clean, cute, welcoming! Great central area, short Uber rides anywhere we wanted to go (12 South, Broadway, etc). Everyone was very comfortable, plenty of space and all of the little extras they provided made it even better! Definitely would recommend!

A Flawless Experience

We had a wonderful experience here, and the hosts were so thoughtful. From personal touches to accessible communication, they covered all of the bases! When we walked in the door, handwritten notes and goodies awaited us. The house is newer and very nice. It is also very clean and well-appointed. They truly thought of everything. The main living area seating and beds were all so comfortable. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook meals. The location is great and easy to get to all of the hot spots around town, We truly felt at home here. The hosts understand the value of excellent hospitality and caring for your guests.

We were in Nashville to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. This property was perfect! It was close to everything! It had all the amenities you needed and more. The house was clean, very well maintained and the host was exceptionally responsive. By far one of the best vacation rental experiences I’ve had.

A beautiful home and wonderful host

I almost don’t want to submit this review because this house was so wonderful. Communication with Mallory was amazing, home was homey and felt well cared for. She left treats for our family including rose! It is within walking distance to the Gulch which is great but an easy Lyft to be a tourist on Broadway. I hope I am able to book this treasure in the future for another visit- because I will! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Fantastic Home for Friends & Family

The house was perfect for our group, which included 3 families and our college aged kids! The host/hostess think of everything…lots of linens, snacks, soft blankets, etc! The decorations were adorable and the whole house was so comfy! Great location…safe neighborhood and a quick walk to the Gulch or an $8 Uber to Broadway! The communication with Mallory was AMAZING! Would definitely stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re scrolling through trying to find the perfect place to stay, look no more! This place is amazing! The owner did not miss a thing! VERY clean! Very well appointed! The extra touches are endless! The size was perfect for our party of 7. Beds are extremely comfortable. Very spacious kitchen that is fully equipped. This place is on my fav list for Nashville! Amazing Experience

The house was so well decorated and equipped, coffee, snacks, q-tips, every little detail addressed. The hosts were very responsive and left a special gift for our event. The rooms were spacious and the area was quiet. We will definitely be back!
