Great location..This cozy ranch style home located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and includes a private fenced in front and back patio with tropical plants and fruit trees. Driveway is right next to the entrance providing easy and convenient parking. There is plenty of things to do in the area a short walk or drive away! Shopping plazas are within walking distance (1-5 miles away). Home is located close to malls, Palm Beach Gardens downtown, West Palm Beach City Place, multiple BEACHES with free parking 7-15 minutes way.
The house is cozy and spacious, decorated in rustic sheik farm/beach house.
Open concept from kitchen to living room and exit to a private backyard with patio furniture. Bedroom number 1 includes a Queen size bed, dresser, plenty of clean sheets and towels with exit to a private front porch. This bedroom also includes walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with updated shower. Second bedroom has a Queen bed, closet, TV, sliding doors with window view to the private back porch. Both bedrooms include TVs ,roku sticks for your entertainment needs! The third bedroom includes a couch were perfect to sleep for 1 person and extended pull up bed with mattress and fresh lines , office desk and chair, and closet space. Functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances with a view to the living room with a large TV, comfortable couch, indoor swing chair , and private back patio with a garden. Back patio includes a table with 6 chairs , hammock and extra storage shed with beach chairs , umbrella . House have a central air conditioner, full size fancy washer and dryer, laundry room with shelves , hangers , iron with iron board .
Complimentary variety coffees teas , water bottle with breakfast items , snacks in refrigerator, pantry . House clean and have plenty extra good quality towels ,blankets , linens. In both bedrooms carpet I clean it and steam always in future about to change it on tile or other flooring , 65 inches smart TV s with Roku sticks , fully furnished and functional. in living room 82 inches TV ,open concept
with dinning and bar / breakfast area WI-FI is free , hight speed on a house . Please look at the pictures . Recently was updated all doors , walls paint , shower in master bedroom . Next step on my mind to reface kitchen cabinetry and other shower .

Lena is a good host. The house is in a good location. There are a lot of restaurants, stores, and natural areas nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place for Spring Training.

Nice three bedroom two bath duplex. Duplex meaning there is an apt attached, next door. Everything was great except I took my small dog and there is NOT a yard for her at all. The side of the house is sand and weeds NOT grass. The neighbor attached has a large dog that likes to bark. This dog can be heard from the master bedroom...just an FYI. Overall a great little place! Great host!!!!

Fleeing Tampa after Helene and Before Milton

We were so blessed to find a home across the state from where we live. It was difficult post Helene & pre Milton as we had to have at least a 3 bdrm & pet friendly place. We found this little gem & just could not have been happier. It met all of our needs & beyond.

Great for families!

We had a lovely stay in West Palm! The house was exactly as described in the listing, and a perfect place to stay with a young child. It was very clean, and the label reminders in the house were definitely helpful. Great location too. We were very comfortable and at home- we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for everything!

Great House with Nice Amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at Lena's place. It was very home-like with plenty of towels, shower soaps and cleaning items. The kitchen was stocked with anything you might need for your stay. We would stay here again and would recommend to our friends and family to stay here.

Clean needs update

The apartment was clean, albeit very dated. The amenities were in good taste (breakfast stuff). Written stickers all over make me think that something is wrong with the place. The guest shower knob was not working properly. Stickers in the bathrooms highlighted what was wrong with them. It needs new furnishings, bathrooms, and a kitchen. It needs to come off the list and have improvements made before relisting.

Mixed Experience - Clean and Convenient but Dated

Our recent stay at this VRBO property had its highs and lows, and we wanted to share our honest feedback. One undeniable highlight was the cleanliness of the property. Upon arrival, we were pleased to find a spotless environment that immediately put us at ease. The property's location proved to be quite convenient, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. However, the neighborhood is not the greatest. The property owner was accommodating in allowing us to check in earlier than the standard time, which was a thoughtful touch. This flexibility made our arrival smoother and allowed us to start our vacation promptly. While the property was clean, it is evident that some aspects are in need of repair and updating. A refresh could significantly enhance the overall guest experience. We were disappointed to find that the kitchen lacked essential items such as casserole dishes. Additionally, the can opener provided was rusty and non-functional, posing a challenge when preparing meals. The fan in the master bathroom was excessively loud, making it difficult to use without disturbance. Furthermore, the light was connected to the fan, forcing us to use a flashlight due to the noise. Also, the provided hairdryer doesn't work. We encountered maintenance issues, including a broken bulb in a desk lamp with glass shards sticking out. This raised safety concerns and was an inconvenience during our stay. We hope these points are taken into consideration for future improvements.

First choice when visiting West Palm Beach

It’s a dated but very well-kept property located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a well-appointed kitchen and a surprisingly large living area. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a walk-in shower; no high-stepping into a narrow tub! The queen-sized bed was extremely comfortable. Tropical foliage isolates other homes on the street but during our week-long stay, we never heard the neighbors. The location is convenient to just about anything you might need. Just minutes away there’s a Starbucks, Costco, big Target, Super Walmart, Publix and Winn-Dixie groceries as well as a host of dining opportunities. We especially liked Ninja Sushi. It’s also fifteen minutes to the beach, or Ballpark of The Palm Beaches if you’re there for spring training. The ideal location for your visit to the West Palm Beach area.

Very welcoming

Owner, Lena, was very accommodating and was easy to contact when I had a few questions. The house was very private and was easy to access. It was comfortable and clean. There were some complaints about the couch but it worked just fine for us. We chose this property because it was less than 10 minutes from our daughter. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it.

Pretty home in great location

The house is as nice as the pictures and there were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, towels and other amenities. Lena is a lovely host!

Convenient, clean, and comfortable

Our group of 6 was very comfortable here. The place was clean and conveniently located off I-95 to visit family in the area as well as stores, etc. My only suggestion would be to improve the lighting in the main living area bc it gets pretty dim. Lena added nice touches and left convenient items for our stay. We would stay here again.

Great Home!

Renting this home for the week of our vacation was a breeze! The home itself was lovely, & had everything you could need to enjoy your stay. It’s located in such a great place. It was a short drive to several great beaches & shops. It was a lovely little area.

All beaches with free parking , close to
magor City centers , restaurants and shopping malls.. Location is great ! House on intersection North Palm Beach , Palm Beach Gardens and Lake Park city .Juno Beach, Jupiter and Riviera Beach just 15 minutes away ,house clean with updated equipment for my guests to have all what they need to enjoy home away from home . I give my guest a space in both my places contactless and keyless check in check out but if you need to ask extra questions contact me by text message . Thank you .
