The property also includes a short and easy path to the beach—not direct waterfront, but very close and convenient. Two private parking spots are provided, with additional street parking nearby.

Malibu is best explored by car, and our home provides plenty of parking with two private spots and additional street parking. Public transportation is limited, but ride-sharing services are readily available. For those looking to explore the area on foot, you’ll find several hiking trails and beach access points within walking distance. Whether you’re heading to a local restaurant or planning a day trip to Los Angeles, getting around is easy and convenient from our centrally located home.
