Esta es una casa de alquiler de nueva construcción que ofrece buenos momentos y vistas impresionantes. Cuenta con servicio celular perfecto. Esta casa ofrece privacidad y la comodidad de estar a solo 5 minutos de la estación de esquí Burke Mountain. A solo 5 minutos del centro del reino se encuentra el sendero en East Burke. Está a solo 20 minutos del lago Willoughby. El área local ofrece una amplia variedad de actividades que incluyen natación, pesca, esquí, senderismo, ciclismo de montaña y mucho más. Hay muchas fábricas de cerveza locales que incluyen Heady Topper, Hill Farmstead y Caledonia Spirits. Hay un sendero para motos de nieve con acceso directo al vasto sendero conectado a la propiedad. Absolutely gorgeous views and sunsets! Looking for peace and tranquility, do not hesitate to book. We had a faboulous week and the Kirby Hideway felt like home. Very clean, homey, comfortable beds, and plenty to do. It truly is a fantastic getaway! Highly recommend a sturdy vehicle to access the Kirby Hideway.

We've enjoyed our stay at the kirby. The view is breathtaking .Kitchen is fully stocked but some of the utensils have broken handles. But it wasnt a big deal. One of the upstair room have no air conditioner so it gets warm on a hot days. Overall we love the kirby and plan to come back next fall.

Our Mini Trip to VT

My children wanted some snow and to sled ride. This home is absolutely beautiful. The views are incredible and pictures don’t do it justice. We loved it.

Beautiful location in East Burke

Clean, well kept house with nicely equipped kitchen and laundry. The views to the north are stunning. Easy access to Burke. The owner kept the steep driveway clear during a snow storm so we could get in and out easily.

Beautiful Staycation!

We had a fabulous weekend here to celebrate a family birthday. The place was comfortable, spacious and clean, the views are better than the pictures, and it was the perfect spot for our family including two toddlers, a baby, and a couple of dogs! I'd love to come back one day. Todd was a wonderful and gracious communicator when I reached out to him directly, and he responded immediately for a question I had after our stay had ended. For future visitors, I would recommend checking in with him if you have questions about check-in and check-out. We didn't receive a lot of information ahead of time or during our stay, and were sometimes confused. Also, Google Maps is currently not updated on some major road closures due to flooding, so you may need to clarify directions before you leave (depending on where you're coming from so you don't get stuck or lost!).

Great property and fantastic views

Stayed at the property for a few days of mountain biking with friends. It's a little off the beaten path but well worth the drive up the hill for the peacefulness and excellent views. We plan to return next year.

Gorgeous Property

Todd's place is spacious, clean and the view cannot be beat. We enjoyed all the modern comforts of home while on our trip to the NE Kingdom to moutain bike.My only advice to future guests is to at least have an all wheel drive vehicle - the drive up to the property is a very steep grade.

Loved our stay at the Kirby Hideaway. Great open concept kitchen/family room, ample seating in both areas and incredible views that make me want to live there. Steep dirt access road to house which worked find for our vehicles.

Beyond Great

We stayed here for the eclipse of 2024. Upon arriving, we were blown away by the incredible view. Then, stepping inside to a spotless kitchen and living room confirmed we made the right choice. Morning coffee outside around the firepit gave way to a walk and then afternoon of eclipse watching. The kitchen is well-organized and appointed so making meals was a breeze and delight. Three bedrooms were comfortable and cozy and the nights were quiet. This is a place not to be missed - with our without the eclipse!

We had 4 adults and 2 small children under 4 in our group. The property was perfect to hangout both inside and out. The fire pit is a must to use and the views are amazing. There was a very cute downtown area with an awesome coffee shop, market, country store and a couple of places to get some drinks/food. We drove to some breweries about 30-40 minutes away. Todd was great with quick communication. We would absolutely stay again!

Will Come Back to See That View Again!

The breathtaking views were really all we needed to enjoy a long weekend at the Kirby Hideaway! The house is very clean and has everything you need for a getaway. Furniture was comfy and the outside chairs were perfect for use all day. Enjoy the sunrise, sunset, a campfire, dinner on the grill, etc. We will absolutely come back and stay here again. It was hard to leave to be honest! The check in/out process was also so easy.

Building this home in VT has always been a goal of mine

I looked for a home for two years around east Burke area The reason why I bought this house was because of the amazing view and the many activities this town had to offer. I brought the house in 2013. The home took me almost 3 years to finish it. In building this home, I always felt there something else I can do to it.
