Gorgeous Marsh Views!

Xanadune is our wonderful eclectic 80's beach cottage on beautiful Harbor Island. Enjoy panoramic views of the marsh and Atlantic ocean from the huge living room and the cozy glassed in Carolina room. The house is private and secluded with the beach and pool only a quick bike or golf cart ride away.

3 large bedrooms offer plenty of space for up to 7 people. The large kitchen opens up to the living room and dining area making for wonderful family memories.

Out back is a nice deck and fenced in area.

Harbor Island is a wonderful private island with a large community pool, tennis courts, fishing docks, kids playground and fitness area. The neighborhood streets are bike and golf cart friendly. Harbor Island's private beach is wide and sandy with calm waters and tidal pools. You can also use our yearly pass for Hunting Island State Park to enjoy surfing the waves and climbing the light house.

** Pet fee is $200 per booking. Please add it to your reservation.

** Please note that the cost of the first vehicle parking pass is included in the booking . Any additional vehicles will need to pay $20.00 for the first night (plus $10 for each additional day).

We had a wonderfully relaxing week at Xanadune! The views are picture-perfect, the golf cart was especially useful for a quick ride to the beach, and the grill was great for those evenings we were too tired to explore restaurants. We loved our stay!

House with charm

Very much enjoyed staying at this nice home, the view was outstanding as we got to enjoy the wildlife right outside the large windows. Very charming house and I can only say thank you for allowing us to stay in such a hidden gem.

We were so happy staying at Xanadune ! The house was exactly as described, and the views were amazing. We love Harbor Island and the friends we have made there during our past vacations . We are looking forward to next February’s stay !

This house has amazing views of the marsh and beaches with Hunting Island State Park. The house is very comfortable and clean and the Florida porch off the back is perfect for relaxing The host is extremely nice and accessible had an amazing stay

Perfect beach week!

My family had a great time! The house was just right for my us. It was super clean and the beach was only a short golf cart ride away. We especially loved the sunroom - we got up every morning in time to fix our coffee and watch the sunrise over the marsh. Thank you!!

Very nice property

Upon arrival, we found the house to be comfortable and clean. The house sets on the marsh, and the wildlife were abundant. Beach is a short golf cart ride. Admission to state park was included and was a bonus. Worth the stay.

Third stay- always great!

My family of 4 has been to this house twice before. We like it so much that we brought friends this time. 3 couples very comfortably fit in this house. The kitch/living room space is so great for big dinners and games and relaxing. We always enjoy the state park access. Everything is clean and nice!

We had a wonderful time. Didn't really have any issues regarding the home when we were there. Owners are very responsive. Overall it is a nice place to stay. The golf cart was extremely beneficial.

Just as beautiful a 2nd time!

We stayed here over Christmas and loved it. There is plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 teenage daughters). The kitchen has everything you need. The closed in porch was our main spot when it rained. We used the pass to the state park and enjoyed that! Definitely hope to stay again. Highly recommend!

Perfect for birders

This is the third time we stayed here. It a wonderful place to watch the sunrise and the birds. In the morning herons, egrets, and ibises fly from their roosts to where they will spend the day. In the evening they returned. I counted several hundred at a time. We really enjoyed the house and the location.

Summer celebration

I loved the house! This vacation was a graduation celebration for me, as well as a fun trip before my 13-year-old begins 8th grade next week. I was nervous about the location; however, the golf cart made the trip to the beach the quickest we had ever had! My family & I will be back!

Lovely beach house; had to leave too soon!

This house is excellent. The Carolina Room on the back has lovely views of the marsh and great A/C. Golf cart is a fun add. Island is big enough to bike around and enjoy yet small enough to feel cozy and homey. Includes a pass to nearby Hunting Island State Park, which has great beaches. Only bummer is that we had to leave five days early due to Hurricane Debby, and the bed in the main bedroom wasn't super-comfy (though it is large!). Lots of space to put your stuff, lots of amenities for people and dogs, and a fun vibe overall. We hope to come back, perhaps not during hurricane season.

Great week!

We loved our stay in this home. The location can't be beat...privacy and a gorgeous view! The beds were comfortable, and we had enough space to spread out when desired. The Carolina room and golf cart were highlights! Unfortunately, in the past year we have discovered our kids are allergic to dogs, so we won't be able to rent this house again - fur was on the carpet and some on the furniture. Otherwise we would be repeat customers! Thank you for an amazing week!

Beautiful house, Great location!!!!!

This is a beautiful house, the only thing we noticed different than the pictures was that is larger than we expected. We loved the golf cart, the covered carport, and we appreciated the Hunting Island State Park Pass. The view is beautiful, especially the sunrise. Ocean Marsh area is beautiful. The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. They were very quick to respond any time I had a question. We loved riding around the island and going to the beach on the golf cart. Very nice house.
