The Royal Garden is located at 440 Olohana St., walking distance to everything. Take a short stroll to Luxury Row on the Waikiki "Strip", and the Ala Moana Shopping Center or Hawaii Convention center is in walking distance. Feel at home with split AC, cable TV, and FREE Hotel wifi!

Aloha from Waikiki! We are a short-term vacation rental company, we are not part of the Wyndham Hotel and we do not provide housekeeping, towel service or replenish your toiletries since there are no resort fees.

Starter Kit: paper towel, toilet paper, 1oz shampoo, 1oz conditioner, bath soap, hand soap & liquid dish soap. (once these items run out, it will be your responsibility to supply your own)
NOT PROVIDED: House keeping service, condiments/spices, coffee, detergent, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, or cooler.

PARKING: We don't provide parking. Daily "hotel valet parking" $50/day (CASH). The hotel does not accept advanced parking reservations and it is treated first come, first serve upon arrival and no guarantees as we are not affiliated (price subject to change w/o notice). Public transportation is also very convenient.

CHECK-IN IS 3 p.m. – CHECK-OUT IS 11 a.m.
Since another guest may check in the same day you check out, to guarantee a late check-out, you must reserve the condo for the night of your departure.

We had a wonderful stay for our 6 - day trip. The place was pretty cozy, and had a nice view. It was a great place to recharge and from all the things to do in the area. The check in was easy and the staff there are really friendly and willing to help anytime. All in all, great place, good location, and friendly staff to help answer any questions you may have.

Hawai’i Get Away

It was a great stay, super clean. Nice quiet area and still close to everything. Parking was a bit tough if you weren’t there at around a decent time. But there was possibility for free parking on the main Ala Wai Blvd street

Royal Garden

Very nice private suite in quiet area near Fort DeRussey Park. 10 minute walk to beach or heart of Waikiki and close to trolleys or bus stops. Nice pool area with small pool and sauna as well as complimentary laundry facilities. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

The property needs some updating to reflect the pictures - furnishings and the property needs touching up. Each evening when we got back, we had to kill numerous bugs that were crawling on the kitchen counter - they seemed to disappear under the stovetop if they could.

Nice location and safe

Great location, and in walking distance from many restaurants and beaches. Royal Gardens was a secure location and we felt very safe staying here. Pool and laundry room were a nice bonus.

Great stay! Extremely helpful host!

We loved this studio! It was the perfect place to lay our heads while visiting for a family wedding. The views were beautiful and all of the finishes were modern and made us feel like we were staying in a luxury hotel. Perfect place to return with our leftovers and didn’t feel obligated to eat out everyday. It was the perfect location to access Waikiki walking, as well as quickly get onto the roads to explore the rest of the island. Will definitely want to come back.

The place is just as pictured. It was nice & clean, the only downside I could think of is that the shower pressure is lacking & parking is pricey per night. Other than that everything was great!

Vacation in paradise

The room was very nice and very clean, we had a little issue with the bed, but it was quickly resolved. The valet service was very nice, they were very courteous and careful with our car. Overall it was a great experience

Cute, updated room!

We had a great stay at Brent’s place. The room was updated and in a good location walking distance to all the shops and beach in Waikiki. Wifi was good for 3 of us to work remote during Covid, bed was comfortable and AC was strong too which was perfect when it got hot during the day. The floors seemed to be a little dirty though when we checked in but Brent was very responsive and even offered to have the cleaners come by again. Also we didn’t see any toiletries so be sure to bring your own shampoo, body wash, etc. Overall great spot and would recommend staying here!

Beautiful Room

Had an amazing stay and was very happy about the cleanliness and decor of the room! Bed was very comfortable and the hotel internet wasn't too bad. Hotel is easy to get in and out of and I really enjoyed my stay.
