This beautiful townhouse was remodeled in late 2021 with a modern tropical inspired scheme. High speed internet -1,000mbps and large 4K smart tv's provide great entertainment. The patio's lush landscape with torches create ambiance at night and during the day the water sounds over the plunge pool allows for relaxation and fun. Take a break and lounge, have a morning cup of coffee while nature wakes up. Explore fun tropical activities and great restaurants. Take a drive to Key West, see beautiful turquoise waters and delve into Conch life. This property is not associated with Hawks Cay Resort and does not have a boat dock nor parking for boats.

We are not part of Hawks Kay Resort. The resort's pools, lagoon, tennis court or other amenities are not available to our guests.
Pets are not allowed. A fee of $500 will be charged for unauthorized pets for deep cleaning, allergens removal, air scrub, and exterminating services.
Additional charges will be applied for any damages caused. Plunge Pool is heated to 85 degrees at no charge. Please note this is not a hot tub.

This property was perfect for our family. Quiet area and very centrally located to Marathon and Islamorada for everything we needed. The amenities made for a great vacation. Miguel was very responsive and was willing to help us with anything that we needed.

Amazing getaway

Our vacation was perfect. The townhome had all amenities needed to making our stay relaxing and carefree. Miguel was very responsive and provided the perfect instructions to access the home. We will absolutely return!

The condo was well stocked with items that made our stay comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the condo was very clean and well maintained. Our questions were answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect retreat

Our family celebrated the New Year here , arriving on the 31st. There was an amazing fireworks display in front of the house, which started our trip off nicely! This place is exactly as described: Clean, convenient and in a quiet part of the resort. There were a few things offered in the house we did not expect, like snacks and toiletries. Although we couldn't use the resort amenities, we were able to walk to the resort along the docks and did see a manatee. The Angler and Ale was a great place to eat, and the house was a perfect location for us as we explored Key West, Marathon and Islamorada. Would definitely recrecommend. 2nd time renting

This has been our 2nd time renting with Miguel and both times have been an absolute pleasure. This property was clean and well-maintained. Miguel was prompt to answer any question we had and was able to accommodate us. The location is perfect, it almost feels like you are in the center of all of the keys. Anytime, someone asks us for recommendations for the Keys, we gladly suggest any property associated with Miguel. Thank you very much for helping us have an amazing time with family. Family vaca

We enjoyed our stay so much. The villa was beautiful and the snacks and extras were a plus. Very well stocked with everything you need. The plunge pool was a little chilly, but we still enjoyed in the daytime. Miguel was very responsive and great to work with. I would definitely recommend this villa and Miguel being a great host! Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot to enjoy!

This was the cleanest place ever and they have added so many nice touches with the water in the fridge, snacks on the bar, and basket in the bathroom with items you may have forgotten. I would definitely recommend this place.

Central Key’s Location

Great property, better than advertised!. Communication with Miguel was very easy and prompt. Property is a great location for exploring the Keys. Property comes with plenty of supplies, including a fully stocked bathroom, kitchen spices and coffee filters. Definitely 5*.

Best unit in hawks cay

Have been coming to hawks cay the last 15 years with the family, this unit was the nicest most modern unit best hosted! Greeted with a snack basket and water when you first walk in as well as the nicest bathroom Care package with all your essentials, toothbrushes, toothpaste shampoo conditioner better then hotel quality. Very highly recommend this unit with this host, very informative and quick to reply!
