Property is now available beginning April 18th, 2025. Book it while it's still available! Freshly updated, immaculate 3/2 concrete block home with 2 car garage. Comes fully furnished with 65″ LED smart television in the living room and a 50″ LED smart television in the bedroom. Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu and HBO MAX included with streaming television. Relax on the expanded lanai with pull down shades, new gas bar-b-que grill and a fire pit for those chilly nights! Located in the Village of Poinciana between CR466 and CR466A convenient to Sumter Landing and Brownwood squares. Pictured Golf cart is NOT included but is available for rent under separate agreement. No smoking allowed in the house. Sorry, no children under 12 and no pets.

Lovely home!

Our stay couldn’t have been nicer! The home is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owner is responsive and very helpful!The location is in the middle of The Villages and therefore convenient to everything you want to do.

Wonderful Property!

This is our second time staying at this property. It was immaculate when we arrived. Communication with the owner was very easy. He answers all questions and concerns quickly. The home itself is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The location is perfect—right in the middle of The Villages and an easy drive to many restaurants and golf courses. Whether you stay a short time or a longer time, you will not be disappointed!

Fabulous home!

This home is lovely! Beautiful southern decor that makes one feel instantly on vacation. The pictures are completely accurate. The owner is very responsive to all questions. Home is located in the middle of The Villages which makes going to any of the squares or shops very convenient. Perfect home away from home!

Incredible stay

The house was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided.. The owner gave up his time to help us, as we were displaced from the hurricane. He was very attentive to every need. The area is very quiet, but with plenty to do to stay active. We definitely hope to return for another stay.

Comfy, and perfect

The house was just as described, roomy, comfortable and in a perfect location that made it easy to access all of the town squares, golf courses, land rec centers. Jim was very easy to work with and helpful-just a quick phone call away.

Our Winter getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and decorated perfectly. The location was close to many great golf courses which was good for us. The property manager was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely plan a return trip to this home.

Our owner was terrific with communication, the house is laid out very well, and clean.

We had a lovely stay for 2 weeks. Our grown children visited for a week, and also enjoyed this very comfortable house. Highly recommend staying here!

location with luxury

Wonderful! Just wonderful!

We stayed with our two nearly 90-year-old Mothers and it was just exactly what we were looking for. Jim actually put a new Murphy bed into the 3rd BR/Office so they each had their own bed. That was a great surprise. Everything was just as advertised and we had a great time. Thanks Grason's

Warm reprieve from the frozen tundra

My husband and I were seeking a safe retreat somewhere south to escape from the harsh northern winter and The Villages in particular to bike and golf. This property did not disappoint, from the welcoming entrance and spacious floor plan to the peaceful screened in lanai. Tasteful decor and high end furnishings throughout make this a comfortable retreat after a day’s activities. Lake Sumter Village Square is a close bike or cart ride away with access to the many amenities The Villages has to offer. The host is so personable, easy to work with and never too busy to answer questions. We would definitely recommend this property!

One of the best rentals in The Villages

Home is extremely comfortable with higher-end furniture and linens. Huge outdoor patio which I enjoyed the fire pit and afternoon naps. I did not want to leave : ). Owner communication was excellent.

Conveniently located near Sumter Landing between Highway 466 and 466a. One of the largest floor plans. Two full bedrooms and an office / den with a Queen Murphy Bed and Desk with computer to work from home. The house is immaculate and just had a new roof installed.
