All we can say is WOW! As repeat The Villages renters, this home is the best. We enjoyed watching the wildlife on the lake as well as the great view of 3 holes of a nearby golf course — the perfect combination! We even saw bald eagles! The home was exactly as pictured — spacious, bright, airy and plenty of (large!) TVs, including one on the lanai (which wasn’t in the description but a happy surprise!) Kitchen and linens were well stocked, the furniture (including lanai and pool seating) and beds were super comfortable and the keyless lock made it easy for us & our guests to come & go separately. We also appreciated having TWO garage door remotes & swipe cards (one each for car & golf cart), which added to the convenience and made us feel like true Villagers. And let’s not forget the pool — beautiful and HEATED without additional cost. We swam every day, including during the cold snap. Bathrooms & closets were spacious and had plenty of hangers! And owner Betsy and property manager Sandie were responsive and wonderful to work with. And did I add great, central location within The Villages? Easy to get everywhere. We highly recommend this clean, beautiful home — we’d buy it if we could! :)

House was beautiful, exactly as pictured. Rooms were comfortable, clean and had everything needed. Location was good. Close enough for a golf cart ride to Brownwood and Sumter (20-40 minutes) and close to other store needs. Beautiful views on the lanai, my mom spent her early mornings out there nature watching. Excellent communication with host and property manager (had a slight issue, not with home, that I got help with!). Spoiled us as we look for our own home to own in the Villages! Would definitely recommend a stay here!

This property is incredible. We stayed for a few nights and had the best time. The house is immaculate and the pool is really nice. It’s located on a nice lake. I highly recommend a stay here.

Fantastic experience

We have stayed with friends a the Villages a few times. This was the first time we rented. We wanted a pool and a water view and this delivered! Just a beautiful home in a very nice village pretty close to everything we wanted to see. We will definitely rent this again.

Beautiful house/amazing view

The house was very nice and accommodated our group nicely. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Betsy and Sandi were great and took care of all our needs. Would definitely stay here again. Was very convenient to my own house which made it perfect for my high school girls reunion trip.

Great Stay in a Beautiful Home!

I spent a good amount of time browsing VRBO before booking our trip to The Villages, and I’m so glad we chose this place. It was perfect for us!The house is in a great spot—super close to both Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood, and everything we needed (golf courses, groceries, gas, and restaurants) was just a short drive awayThe home itself was super comfortable and had everything we could want. The pool was a huge bonus—especially in the afternoons when it got hot. We’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and easy stay in The Villages.

Beautiful Home and Amazing Pool!

We make this our go-to location when we visit parents in the Villages. It has turned these trips into a true vacation when we stay in Betsy's home. The place opens up to the incredible pool and back yard view that we've really come to enjoy.

Gorgeous Home with amazing views!

This home is very spacious with a beautiful sunroom, lanai and pool to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the pond and gold course. Neighborhood is very quiet and perfect for walking. Town squares are easily accessible via golf cart for nightly entertainment. Can’t wait to return!

Golf course and pond view with amazing pool

The outdoor space really sets this home apart from other rentals in the Villages. Enjoy a massive outdoor area with privacy that many homes in the Villages do not offer. See the birds who frequent the neighborhood and pond close up while relaxing in the beautiful pool.

Super happy that we stayed here. Loved everything about it! A beautiful house with everything that you would need. Safe, clean, and an amazing view from the pool. Florida living at its finest. Can't wait to stay here again the next time we are in Florida.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful visit to The Villages and our VRBO house was great. The house is well done and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the heated pool. We all loved the easy access to all The Villages has to offer.
