Imagine sitting on the deck watching the pelicans fly over while sipping your morning coffee, or catching a spectacular sunset with your favorite people and iced beverage. The great room, with living and dining areas adjacent to the open kitchen allows everyone to interact while watching a movie, playing a board game or preparing a delicious seafood meal. After a day of fun in the sun, curl up on comfy beds in one of the bedrooms, each with it's own TV so everyone can stream their favorite show or movie with no fighting over the remote. When you are ready to get some sand between your toes the beach is literally steps away! The area downstairs is perfect for a quick lunch break from the sand and surf. The shore house was amazing! The beds were comfy, the kitchen made for a good place to congregate and share stories of the beach and things we saw. We had a fantastic time and recommend to anyone wanting to get away! The location literally can’t be beat! Right on the beach!

Right on the beach. 20 second walk to the sand. Great view from the deck. Water pressure in shower is amazing. Everything you need in the kitchen.

Great location

The house was very clean and great location. Such a nice deck and view! We did not enjoy having to put sheets on seven beds when we arrived or having to unwrap and and put away all towels. This was a vacation and having to spend outer time doing house work was not what we anticipated. Also, there is a camera directly above the outdoor shower. That gave a creepy vibe- esp with teen girls in our party.

It was clean and had a great layout that made is seem larger that it was. Especially liked the service and extras from Cobb Real Estate. Received a beach bag when we checked in and free DVD movies from a machine located outside their office.(Yes, I know DVDs are somewhat old school - however it was a nice extra.) Something that seemed odd but worked out well was that no sheets or towels were provided after summer. We chose to get these provided for an extra fee. This actully worked out great since these were all left in a large bag upon entering the property. Each sheet set, towel set, and kitchen towels were individually wrapped in cellophane. This made us feel like they were freshly washed and clean. This was our first rental from Cobb but it will not be the last.

The only thing I can say negative about the house is that there was dog hair everywhere. And it is a pet friendly home, so that's to be understood, I guess, but the couch was COVERED and they don't switch out the comforters or blankets between renters. A simple lint roller would have resolved the pet hair issue on the couch. Switching out the comforters and blankets is A MUST in my opinion. Other than that, the house was very satisfactory.

It is on the front line of beach houses with direct access to the beach. This is a fairly busy section of beach, with large rental homes behind the house, so it can be a busy area. However, the house itself was great, and having sheets and towels with beds made, was very welcoming. We also enjoyed the bucket of dish soap, dishwasher soap, and toilet paper and trash bags. This was a welcome addition to our rental experience.
