Family friendly home close to ski resorts, mountains, lakes, BYU, and UVU

This newly finished, spacious, open floorplan basement apartment is in a safe, quiet, upscale Pleasant Grove neighborhood. It sleeps four with a king bed in one bedroom, a queen in the other, and 1.5 baths. Each bedroom also has a large-screen TV.

The full kitchen is newly built with plank-tile floors, beautiful, white quartz countertops, stainless refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large sink. The knotty-alder cabinets are fully stocked with pans, dishes, and utensils for preparing any meal.

The spacious living area features tall ceilings, high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi, a ping-pong table, laundry, a comfy leather couch, and plush chairs by the large-screen TV. All TVs are connected to the high-speed Internet for streaming your favorite shows. There is a BBQ grill on the patio, and for the adventurous, a stone fire pit in the yard surrounded by log seating.

This unit is 1650 sq. ft., conveniently located 8 minutes from I-15, several restaurants and grocery stores. Less than an hour to Alta and Snowbird ski resorts, about 30 minutes to Sundance, 12 minutes to Timpanogos Cave, and just a couple minutes to doTerra or the Mt. Timpanogos temple. BYU and UVU are 20 minutes away, and SLC downtown and airport are 45 minutes. Fox Hollow golf course and Cedar Hills golf course are less than 5 miles away, and Sleepy Ridge golf course is 8.5 miles away.

There is free, off-street parking for 2 vehicles and plenty of on-street parking for more.

The empty-nester owners occupy the upper story of the house. To enter the apartment, you must walk down 1 flight of 5 stairs.

Jeff was very responsive. The check-in and check-out procedures were simple, and clear. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy time with family for Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The location was exceptionally quiet and well situated for visiting everywhere we wanted in the Utah valley.

This was a leisure trip for just my husband and I. It’s a basement apartment but doesn’t feel like a basement at all. Tons of space to spread out. We had a great stay in Pleasant Grove,Utah, which is about 35 minutes south of Salt Lake. The space was very well equipped, quiet, comfortable, and clean. I would stay here again without hesitation. If you’re on the fence, go ahead and book your trip.

We had a great stay - a lot of space to spread out and family was not on top of each other. It was nice to have extra pillows, blankets, and towels available. We appreciated the basket of granola bars, microwave popcorn, and bottle water left for guests It was so kind of the hosts to offer their garden for our use as well!

Great place to stay! The property was very clean and felt peaceful. The beds were restful and comfy. The showers were clean and the water was hot. We were in town for a wedding and it provided a great place to get a way and decompress. We will stay here again next time we are in the area.

A Fantastic Stay

This is the second time I've stayed at Jeff's property & it is one of the best VRBOs I've stayed in. The furniture, especially the beds, are so comfortable & make it a great place to relax. We didn't cook much but the kitchen is well appointed & very nice. I love how much light there is for a basement & how open everything feels. The apartment is very easy to access & parking is easy as well. Location is good & accessible to lots of restaurants, shopping & the freeway is close to head to Salt Lake or to Provo. A fantastic stay & will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property

Lovey, clean, quiet stay. Loved that the cabinets were stocked with spices, there were complimentary snacks and of course, the ping pong table. Wonderful property! Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful

This home is beautiful and clean. The beds and living room furniture are very comfortable. The host is wonderful and helpful. The full bath is gorgeous. The half bath is very roomy. The kitchen is well stocked. We used the firepit outside which was fun. The neighborhood is quiet. Parking is easy and off the street. It's just a few miles off the freeway, easy to get to. I will definitely keep this in mind for future trips.

Great Space for a quiet getaway from the city.

I was all over the greater Salt Lake area and Provo for the week on business. This is a quiet little neighborhood to relax and unwind from the day's work or activities.

Magical stay

We attended a regency ball for our anniversary and it was the perfect place to get ready! Two bathrooms to let us each prepare and dress before our event. Beds were so comfy and it was relaxing to be there! Definitely want to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home in Pleasant Grove! Great hosts - very accommodating. Loved the location. Perfect for us. we really enjoyed riding our bikes on the Murdock canal trail every morning.

Third Time - Still Amazing!

This was our third time staying here! It has all the comforts of home. It’s nice to have plenty of room to spread out, and have the convenience of two bathrooms, and laundry (unlike a hotel or other similarly priced VRBO’s). Hosts are super responsive. It always feels like returning “home” when we come back each night. We will not stay anywhere else when visiting the area.
