Everything was nice and clean. We stayed for couple of hours only so didn’t get a chance to feel it. The only thing is that property was very far away from every nice location and unfortunately owners didn’t see my reservation and when we were there they were not ready for us. It wasn’t anyones fault but because of this i was late for other places i was supposed to be seeing. Otherwise rooms are nice and clean, Everything looks very cozy and if you are going to visit Utah for a couple of days that is a good place to stay .

This property is amazing! So roomy, and you’d never believe it’s a basement, because it’s so light! Plenty of room and had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen and bathroom. Everything was super clean and just beautiful. Host was very quickly to respond and check in and out was a breeze. Loved the dedicated parking, too! Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful space with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Close to the venue of a wedding we were attending which is what made it an ideal location. It is a basement apartment, but the noise upstairs was very loud during the day and a little bit at night, so if that’s something that bothers you this may not be the location for you.

We love the location, the neighborhood, the space and the comfort of this place. Be aware that it is in the basement of a home with hardwood floors and 9 foot ceilings, so it can be a bit loud with the owners upstairs. It's not a huge issue during the day. Quiet hours start at 11 pm, so if you need early bedtimes, you might need to ask the owners if they can work with you. They are great to work with, and can usually accommodate your requests. They are really quick to respond most of the time (everyone has times they can't), and so nice!

Loved the space!

We enjoyed the new and spacious living area. The location is beautiful just nestled outside the mountains and the owners were great to deal with. Very smooth very efficient. We will be back!

Great overall

The space is great overall and hosts were great to communicate with. The only downside was the noise from upstairs woke us and our kids up a few times - just normal living noise/ - just not a lot of insulation on the floor (that being said our babies had their crying moments and I’m sure they could hear us upstairs and we’re patient with us)

Weekend stay

Needed a nice, easy affordable place to stay just down from our families home for graduation. It was clean, updated and easy to access. Only thing was there was footstep noise from upstairs, other than that, it was a perfect weekend base for us!

Comfortable and spacious but a basement apartment with no view and no landscaping to enjoy. NOT entire house as advertised. Not as clean as I like for a VRBO. Dark and possible tripping hazard at night approaching the entrance from the parking area.

Convenient, clean & new

We were in town to visit family, ski & work(my husband works remotely). It is in a basement apartment so there is the expected amount of noise from upstairs (but you could tell they were trying to be courteous). It is a daylight basement and there is a lot of natural light from tall windows. I really appreciated the well stocked kitchen! The queen mattress is firm (I prefer a lil softer mattress but my son likes the firm ones). So totally personal preference!! The space has a lot of room which is nice for traveling families! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fantastic Basement Rental

Our family was able to stay here while dropping off our daughters for college. The space was perfect for us and our kids. The basement is spacious and never felt like you were staying in a basement. The furnishings are very comfortable and the property is maintained very well. We will definitely be recommending this property to others looking for a rental while visiting Utah County.

Open luxury

This place is such a gem! It may be a basement, but with the large windows and 9 foot ceilings it feels so open and inviting. The beds were SO comfortable and the amenities perfect! The hosts are incredibly reponsive to any needs at lightning speed.We definitely recommend this property and will probably return next year for our annual event.

Lovely home lovely location!
