Beautiful house, but it's listed on VRBO as a 3bedroom with 3 queen beds. In fact it is a 2bdrm with an open loft and a futon bed.The third couple bailed because of lack of privacy, leaving me holding the 700 deficit. I told the management at Rainbow Ridge but they feel it's vrbo's problem. This is the first time I've had a problem with vrbo, but I'm not a happy camper here. What would you do? Please reply.

Loved it!

Awesome place and location. We came with 2 adults and 2 teens boys. The size of the home is perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked. Had everything we needed to make all 3 meals. Washer & dryer was added plus!

Another great stay

Second time we have stayed here. The place is great and in an excellent location. The management team is very nice and helpful. Definitely our favorite place to stay.

Cozy home after snow fun

Easy to pick up keys at midnight in snow storm. Had everything we needed. Heater worked so well we had to turn it down (at home it never catches up to the cold). Several delicious restaurants and well stocked convenience store within walking distance. Be careful of neighborhood coyotes if you have little family members.

Great June Getaway Spot

Nice and roomy layout with room to move. Great location in the town and close to resort. Property management co. was easy to work with. Will definitely keep this place on our list for next time.

Great spot

Great place to stay for a smaller group. The house has been remodeled and is really clean. The view of the mountain and lake is wonderful. Plus, it is only a few blocks away from town. Very easy walk to grab food and beers. Will definitely look for this place on our next trip.

Staying at a June mountain

I booked the place for 6 people thinking it was a 3 bedroom since it was listed this way on Vrbo but it should have been 2 bedroom and an open loft.One of the couples had no privacy since their bed was in the open. I would of booked a different place if I’ve known.

As this original unit, Gull House, was listed as 3 bedroom and was only 2 and a loft, Rainbow Ridge let us change to Johnson Suite #2. This unit was really nice and we were happy to have what we signed up for and pay the difference. However, after checking in, communication was beyond unacceptable. We were expected to troubleshoot the heat system (would not go above 62) and smoke alarm (beeped low battery at 2am) Calls were not returned and office was closed when stated it would be open.2 nights of cold before heaters were brought which did not work in the bedroom. Connie just dropped off a battery (for us to install) that did not solve the problem and we figured out ourselves that we had to turn off the breaker on the smoke alarm (safety issue). When asked about kindling and fire starter, we were told we had to provide that. Really? In past Vrbo rentals there were after hour numbers to call for such things and a handyman would fix any problems. I understand thermostats and appliances can malfunction and but the fact we were ignored and had to stress was what made this a bad experience. I would like the owner of to know about this as Rainbow Ridge really treated us poorly. I have more specific details, such as call logs, if needed.

Cozy Stay Baby Gull House

I booked the VRBO at Baby Gull House for 6 people, only 4 of us were able to make it. The house is PERFECT for 4-5 adults, if you’re okay sharing beds. 6 people would have been a bit tight. The house isn’t luxury at all, but it’s a great deal for a well-located cozy mountain house. The neighborhood is super walkable and cute. My friends and I would like to return here in the future.

View of Gull Lake from roomy cottage

The location is quiet, with a lovely view of Gull Lake. The house has plenty of room, 2 porches and an upstairs suite and bonus room. Lots of tv’s. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Not fans of memory foam mattress pads, so I’ll ask next time to not use them. Great stay at a great house with efficient and pleasant rental group.
