¡Ubicación perfecta para una escapada de vacaciones en familia / golfista / pareja en el Canal Intracostero!

Este condominio de 3 Br / 2Ba está en el tercer piso con fantásticas vistas del Canal Intracostero bajo un dosel de majestuosos robles centenarios. El acceso a millas de senderos para caminar / ciclismo pasos de su puerta y sólo cinco minutos a pie de restaurantes y tiendas boutique. Dos de clase mundial campos de golf a cinco minutos en coche!

Hermosa costumbre decorar con una cocina totalmente equipada con un refrigerador Sub-Zero y electrodomésticos KitchenAid de acero inoxidable. Encimeras de granito en la cocina y cuartos de baño, accesorios de bronce largo junto con Ralph Lauren alfombras y pintura personalizada colores.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con una bañera de inmersión y ducha separadas. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio, la tercera habitación tiene dos camas individuales, y el salón tiene un sofá cama doble. El segundo baño tiene una bañera de tamaño completo / ducha.

Nuestro condominio cuenta con lavadora y secadora en la unidad. Enorme 27 'x 15' proyectado en balcón / terraza con una zona de comedor y una zona de estar separada. Magnífica piscina, bañera de hidromasaje y zona de cabaña ha sido recientemente terminado y abierto.

El condominio está totalmente equipada, todo lo que necesita traer son ustedes y sus maletas!

We loved staying here, the location is great, the accommodations were good, just as stated. The condo is spacious and the host was very responsive. I loved the walking path along the inter coastal, and I especially loved watching the boats go by from the lanai. We can’t say enough good things about our visit.

This was a great property & convenient location.

Excellent location and condo

Second time staying at this location. Still great location to beaches and activities. Still close to town and shops when you need day to day items. Would recommend to any family as has tons of space.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Palm Coast. The location is excellent- right along the Intracoastal, very peaceful, and close to everything we needed. The facilities were great, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made it perfect for a getaway.We did have a few minor hiccups during our stay, but Liz was wonderful and very responsive. Her communication was quick and helpful, which we truly appreciated. I also accidentally left some jewelry behind, and Liz immediately contacted me and arranged a plan for pickup- her honesty and professionalism meant so much to us.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.T & B Reichert

Great VROB

Beautiful condo that is clean, well equipped, and in a great location. The kitchen is perfect for anyone who likes to cook during their stay-- high end appliances and cooking utensils. The unit is quiet and in a great location to easily access the beaches or other Palm Coast attractions.

Clean well stocked great location

The pictures don’t do justice for the property everything new and clean. Good staples available. The St Joes walkway beautiful. The screened in porch over looking the intercoastal so lovely. A really nice place.

Great Balcony with a view

The Condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. This unit has a huge screened balcony with a very nice view of the canal, where we enjoyed having our morning coffee. I also want to say that the owner was very accommodating as we were able to extend by a day and easy to get in touch with..

Great vacation

The whole booking experience and communications with the host were easy and seamless. We had a great stay at the condo. The location of the property contributed to the whole experience in a positive way, as it is close to St. Augustine, the beaches, and shopping. The screened terrace was our favorite spot. The condo was perfect for our family. The location was central to everything we were doing. It was well maintained and comfortable. Sitting out on the lanai in the evening was a perfect way to spend the day. The owners were great and communication with them was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again

Comfortable place, everything you need

Palm Coast Resort (PCR) is located in the heart of Palm Coast, right on the Intracoastal Waterway. We enjoyed taking daily walks on the miles of walking trails accessible right out the front door. Liz/Tom's place is very well appointed and comfortable. Their communication is excellent if you are ever in need.

All the comforts of home

We enjoyed our week in Palm Coast. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a couple questions during the week and the owner Liz was very fast to respond to us. We visited St. Augustine, Daytona and Kennedy Space Center during our stay. This condo centrally located for tons of family fun. Our favorite part of the Condo was the beautiful back patio over looking the intercostal water way.

What a beautiful place

The condo was amazing. Everything was absolutely perfect. I loved the view of the intercostal from the porch. There was a hot tub that we made use of a few things new and the kids absolutely loved the pool. There is a walking trail that runs along the water that was beautiful. The screened in patio is where we sent most of our time. I could not have imagined a better vacation.

Great Stay

We stayed for six weeks in winter. We had stayed in this building before and really like it for its location for walking, biking, the beach, and golf. There is also a great garage for parking. We enjoyed the condo. It was plenty roomy and the porch was wonderful with a great view of the Mantanzas River. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fine for what we needed. The Wifi and TV and music system were great. Our only issues were that the living room furniture is getting worn and dated. And we had to rearrange the lighting (which maybe could be improved) for reading. But overall it was a great stay.

Beautiful Condo in Quiet Building

Stayed here for a week and looking forward to coming back. Condo is great space for families looking to relax and be close enough to everything without being in the middle of a tourist trap. Balcony is nice place to relax and have a meal or read a book. Had an issue where a pull chain on a fan broke, but I contacted Liz and she took care of it the next day. Very good communication and easy to follow instructions on getting into the unit.

Excellent!

We have vacationed in Palm Coast for several years. This was our first time at Palm Coast Resort and we were very happy with the condo. The condo is clean and comfortable. It feels like home as soon as you walk in. The location is excellent it’s close the beaches and shopping. The balcony is amazing and watching the boats go by was great. Thank you Liz and Tom for an awesome vacation rental. We look forward to returning.

Perfect!

The condo, building and surrounding property are beautiful and well cared for. The condo was spotlessly clean and had everything we could ever need. We really enjoyed the pool and the screened in lanai, where we spent our mornings sipping coffee and watching boats go by and our evenings sipping wine and watching the occasional thunderstorm. Lots of great restaurants nearby and shopping just a short drive away. We really enjoyed the many walking paths. The owners provided prompt and excellent communication. We can’t to go back, thanks so much for a great stay.!

Perfect place at Palm Coast

Upon arrival the condo was spotlessly clean. This rental is more than adequately equipped and in a beautiful location. The pool was much enjoyed, and the parking garage a nice bonus. If you have kids you MUST visit James Holland Park just a few minutes away. You cannot go wrong with this vacation rental. I would definitely recommend, and how to return one day.

Home away from home

The condo was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Anything we needed was provided for. We loved sitting out in the screened porch for our morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening while watching the boats go by in the river! We launched a jet ski from Bing’s Landing on the Intracoastal, had lunch at Captain’s BBQ, rented kayaks from the marina next door, went to the splash pad at James Holland park and Jungle Hut beach & had dinner at European Village! There were activities for everyone! Thank you Liz & Tom for sharing your home. Also want to give special thanks to your cleaning crew who did an amazing job!

We bought this condo on the Intracoastal Waterway because it is very relaxing and peaceful, but we still have access to many amenities. We love to get up in the morning and have a cup of coffee and read on the 27' screened in balcony/lanai. We look under a canopy of ancient Live Oak trees out to the waterway where we can enjoy the boats cruising up and down. We can't help but unwind and relax when we are here!

Private pool, hot tub and pool house with restrooms just for our building. Two fantastic golf courses within 5 minute drive. Palm Coast Marina is right next to the condo building with electric boat rentals, kayak rentals, bike rentals and boat slip rentals only marina with gas for miles on the Intracoastal.
