Gather around the table for four amidst a burst of colors, and indulge in culinary delights while catching your favorite shows on the large 60” flat screen TV preloaded with popular streaming apps.

Above, on the second floor, awaits the main living space, adorned with a stunning original decorative fireplace and exposed beams. Sink into the comfortable group seating and immerse yourself in relaxation, accompanied by another 60” TV for entertainment.

Discover the four individually designed ensuite bedrooms, each boasting its own unique personality and bold color scheme inspired by the Charleston aesthetic. The downstairs front bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. Meanwhile, the back bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, striking wallpaper, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Upstairs, you'll find an additional king-sized ensuite with a single vanity and a spacious walk-in shower, alongside a queen-sized ensuite with a single vanity sink and walk-in shower. With all four bedrooms tucked away in separate corners of the house, privacy for our guests is ensured.

Step outside onto the first and second-floor piazzas, perfect for enjoying a refreshing breeze, sipping on coffee or cocktails, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of Spring Street.

The three-car driveway, exclusively reserved for guest use, makes packing and unpacking a breeze, ensuring your stay is as seamless as possible.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
