JNM Rentals is a 20-acre working farm, vacation rental located in Hempstead Texas.

JNM Rentals features a five-bedroom house with TWIN masters and four bathrooms and accommodates 18 people (up to 26 with sofa beds and air mattresses). JNM rentals has SO much to offer from a resort-style *HEATED* (prices subject to change due to fuel cost.) swimming pool, waterfall, slide, and hot tub to an outdoor firepit around the pool, a swim up bar & outdoor kitchen. Just an hour away from Houston! Perfect location to relax and get away with friends and family or any event. (A family vacation, birthday girls' getaway, etc.)

JNM Rentals also features:
Large game room with pool table, foosball table, ping pong & much more!

Some fun outdoor activities include A soccer field, corn hole, horseshoe & plenty of green space for football!

Enjoy the sights and sounds of the outdoors! The property has cows, bulls, chickens, goats, pigs, and horses. Come see what JNM Rentals all is about!

This home is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The pool, hot tub, swim up bar, slide, and waterfall are spectacular! This was perfect for our group of 12 women who needed a one story home for our annual ladies trip. The only problem was we weren’t ready to leave because we were enjoying the stay too much! Next time, we will would like to stay longer!

Husband’s 40th Birthday getaway

We had an absolute great time. The owners were so kind and respectful to us and made us feel like home. I will definitely be renting this house again for another getaway. The house was very clean and organized and the pool was amazing.

We loved every minute bec we could just relax and let the children play. Even thought it rained a little each day, we found it very soothing to sit under the porch and listen to it fall. We wanted for nothing only a little more vacation days!

Best rental for our family reunion so far

What a beautiful property! The house was fantastic and perfect for our family . The cows goats and chickens were a big hit with the kids. The pool was where we spent all our time . It was great and the furniture inside and out was perfect. The huge table was great for meals. Melissa responded to our questions. We will be back for sure!!!!!

Family Wedding weekend

Beautiful house and pool. Close to Hwy 6 so occasional traffic noise but that didn't bother us. We enjoyed everything. Soccer goals, pool, play area, walking to the pond, the wildflowers, the cows and the house. Wish we'd set up a schedule for the pool slide & hot tub at the beginning with the rancher so we didn't have to ask each time but the entire place is delightful and everyone loved it. 6 adults and 9 kids.

The stay was absolutely amazing, we stayed with our grandbabies and other family with kiddos and they had a blast. The also loved that they were able to visit with the animals. We will definitely be going back at some point. I say YES to choosing this property.

GREAT TEXAS GETAWAY

The place was amazing! Our family truly enjoyed a week at this lovely property. We were awestruck by the lovely home with its high end furnishings. We enjoyed early morning visits with the cattle, chickens, goats and pigs and late night soaks in the hot tub. The 5 bedrooms gave everyone plenty of privacy and the huge great room was a wonderful place to enjoy time together as a family.

A Fabulous Family Weekend.

We had an outstanding family (24)gathering this past weekend. The common areas were very accommodating - As were the bedrooms. The kitchen outstanding ! The beautiful pool provided endless entertainment. The nearby cattle were a definite plus. Really a nice property!
