Newly renovated studio 4 minutes from the Strip. This unit has a private entrance and it has a bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom for two people. The room has free WiFi, coffee maker, microwave, and a fridge. You will be pleased to stay at my Airbnb, it is located at a very quiet neighbourhood The space Spacious private guestroom with private bathroom and kitchen.The Studio has a private entry next to the house It is a guestroom independent of the house includes Free Wifi , coffee maker, microwave, and smart TV. In front door there is a small patio with a table and chairs where you can relax while having a drink or smoke.

Minutes from Las Vegas Strip

this location is perfect it is minutes from the LV Strip near lots of restaurants . we will definitely stay here again.

This property was the best small vrbo I’ve stayed at so far! It was cleaner and had more amenities than some hotels I’ve stayed in which really impressed me. The private entrance was really nice and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

I was in Vegas for a weekend, and this rental was perfect. The property is very clean, and is the perfect size for a weekend trip. I really liked that there is a private outdoor area for you to enjoy the morning or have a smoke.

Great weekend stay location

The place makes a very good weekend stay. The property is really clean and it’s close to the center of Vegas but still has a nice private feel to it. Parking also felt safe there with a dedicated spot. It was actually our second stay at this location since we did like our experience staying here the first time.

I was very impressed on the apartment being clean , easy to find. And 5 minutes away from the strip.

Super comfortable, I will use this apartment again when I travel back to Vegas! Oh yea quite neighborhood is always a plus!!

A very nice place to stay. Very clean. Easy to get to. Easy to get to places. Strip is minutes away! Quiet area. Will definitely look for this place again when we come back to Vegas!

Cool place

This place is small and clean. Quiet residential neighborhood. Restaurants are about a 10-15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive away. Would stay here again!

Nice place

The place was very nice and clean. Would’ve been more convenient with a rental car, but ride shares weren’t too bad of an option as it was relatively close to the Golden Tiki and beyond that about a mile was the strip. Nice location for 1-2 people (solo trip or couples trip) & i loved the patio!

Away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip, but very close for convenience. The place was clean, quiet, and private. The host was very communicative. A perfect place for one or two people. I used it for work while in Las Vegas and will not hesitate to stay there again.

Cozy Stay

Came to LV to visit family. Found this little cozy house. Loved that it was close to everything. The house had everything you need for your stay. The owner was very attentive to your needs. Will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Nice and cozy

Cute little property that had it's own private entrance and covered parking space. Everything was nice and clean. Very close to the strip as well as other everyday shopping locations. Perfect place for one or two people. I would definitely stay here again!

Good Value

The property was as advertised. Small but clean and cozy. Also, enjoyed the private porch. The property owner did have a loud and late party one night, but I was warned in advance by the owner through the VRBO app. My wife and I would stay again.

We got to the property instructions were easy as we passed the gate to get the key. We opened the door and to our surprise the place was amazing. Very beautiful and clean. The best place for the price and location I believe i have ever stayed. We will return for sure. Thank you again highly recommend to anyone.

Private Studio 4 Minutes From Strip

I’m a return guest … very willing to stay this 2nd time, and have it earmarked for future stays as well. The place is cozy, quiet, and very clean. The host is very accommodating (he provided me fresh towels without even being asked). He truly wants you to enjoy your stay. While the unit is connected to the main house, the private side-entrance to the studio allows you to come and go as you please, without disturbing anyone.

We loved our stay here! Very clean property and easy parking. Bathroom was modern and looked remodeled with a nice shower and great water pressure. Memory foam mattress was nice, with a fan provided in the bedroom. Nice amenities and plenty of privacy. Great little nook for smoking in an enclosed area, and very close to the Vegas strip. We highly recommend this property if you want some peace and quiet but also want to stay close to the action. Very clean property. We will return!

Stayed here recently for a concert at Allegiant. Here are the highlights: - Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Street parking was not an issue. *Address differs from listing so follow prompt from owner or you'll end up in the wrong spot. - Private entrance so you can come/go as you please without issue. - Bed was comfortable but really low to the ground. If you have mobility issues, that might be a deal breaker. - Bathroom was nice. Water pressure was great but shower head is a bit low for taller folks. Hated the towel storage rack and toilet paper holder because both feel rickety. TP holder fell over more times than I can count. Outlet in bathroom needs to be fixed and it's VERY loose and feels unsafe to use. - Living/kitchen area was cute. Nice little table w/ chairs and two bigger sitting chairs available. Kitchen has essentials. Would be easy to stay for a longer period of time. - Good location. 5-10 mins from strip depending on traffic and lots of stuff nearby (7-11, Target, In n Out). - While surface clean, the place needs a good deep cleaning. Lots of built up dirt in crevices and corners, especially at baseboards and on doors because they're textured. (Ex: I didn't want to hang a towel on the bathroom door because of the built up dirt on it. Wore fresh, clean socks and within an hour, the bottoms were super dirty.) The place looks well maintained but needs a thorough, beyond basics, cleaning. I would recommend and would stay again.

Sweet

The property was located right in the middle of everything. I walked to cafes and eateries all over China Town and it was great. The property was the perfect size for me and very private. I really enjoyed the patio to chill with coffee and a smoke.Thanks for a great stay.
