This village house has 1 bedroom for a capacity of 4 people.
The upstairs bedroom has a double bed (140) and two bunk beds (90).

It has a fireplace with wood provided for extra use, iron, electric heating, outdoor parking near the building, 1 TV.
The American kitchen, gas, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Be careful, the house is upstairs with narrow spiral staircases.

In the heart of the medieval village of Besse and Saint Anastaise, you will be at the start of several hikes in the center of the medieval village of Besse, all amenities are nearby, the Monday market and 20 meters away, and, a few kilometers from the Super Besse station.

Access the ski slopes in complete peace of mind by taking the shuttle available to you between the village of Besse and the resort of Super-Besse.

Departure from Besse:
– Auchan supermarket roundabout,
– Pont du Roy roundabout (Camping Bois de Gravière)
– La Villetour (Le Clos car park).
– Hotel Mildiss (for hotel guests, inquire at reception)

Departure from Super-Besse:
-roundabout of the tracks
-Intermediate stop at the cross-country ski base of Berthaire/Pertuyzat on request

Keys are handed over at the Saint-Nectaire agency. Arrivals and departures are from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. by appointment in season (February, July and August)



Arrival in autonomy possible on request only when booking.

(The balance is the deposit must be paid beforehand for arrivals in autonomy).

Options:

- Linen kit including:
* double bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€)
* small bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase (15€) must be requested when booking.

-Compulsory end of stay cleaning.

- Bath towel: you forgot, we have bath towels for sale at €5 each (55 *120), at the end of your stay, take them home!

The handing over of keys (arrival and departure) takes place at the accommodation independently, the deposit check must be sent to the agency beforehand (€300)
A deposit of 600€ (not cashed) will be requested when the keys are handed over.
