Ganga Beach 4 dormitorios con mesa de billar

Bien cuidado y mantenido 4 dormitorios / 2 baños, 2 pisos casa en una calle tranquila en el sur de New Smyrna Beach. Nuestra ubicación no podría ser más perfecta. Para empezar, estamos a sólo unos pasos de la playa (zona de no conducción). A continuación, se puede caminar dos cuadras de la famosa y popular rústico restaurante / bar, Fishcamp de JB. A sólo 2 cuadras al sur es la frontera de la costa nacional Parque Cañaveral, que consta de 25 millas de prístina playa del Océano Atlántico y las dunas y es la extensión más larga de terrenos sin desarrollar a lo largo de la costa este de la Florida Si ver la naturaleza es su cosa, los manatíes se ven a menudo pastoreo en un parque frente al río Condado con un muelle, que está a sólo tres cuadras de distancia.

Nuestra sección de la playa no tiene conducción y aparcamiento público muy poco variados, lo que hace que sea prácticamente privada. Con un terreno baldío de al lado, tenemos un amplio aparcamiento para su RV, barco y amigos.

Desde nuestro lugar se puede caminar a la playa a menos de 10 minutos y cruzar a la costa nacional Parque Cañaveral, donde no hay absolutamente ningún desarrollo. Usted explorar las playas y dunas en su estado prístino natural. Si observar a la gente es más su cosa, se puede caminar la misma distancia hacia el norte y estarás en Mary McLeod Bethune Beach County Park (ver enlaces a ambos Parques abajo). Allí podrá encontrar surfistas, un socorrista y un montón de cuerpos tomando el sol (también canchas de tenis, canchas de baloncesto y muelle de pesca en la calle, junto al río).

¿Por qué pagar un brazo y una pierna por una playa de vacaciones cuando se puede caminar unos pasos y estar a mitad de precio? Por lo que tendrá que pagar por nuestro lugar, que puede pagar otro viaje. O, mejor aún, quédate con nosotros el doble de tiempo!

We loved the house and location and enjoyed the pool table when we were tired of the heat. Easy access to the beach and also the boat ramp at Canaveral. I would definitely stay again.

Great time making new memories!

We had such a great time here! The house is exactly as described. Full kitchen set up, comfortable beds ( which is amazing for older people like the hubby and I). Loved the washer and dryer!! Really enjoyed playing pool with the kids, and easy access to the beach! Will definitely rent again. Thank You so much for the new happy memories we made while here!

Tranquility

Perfect place for a peaceful getaway with family. Enjoyed walking on the beach collecting shells, fishing and playground at nearby Bethune Park or sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. We didn’t want to leave.

Great location

We loved the ‘Lake’ house! We were greeted by free roaming chickens! Check-in was easy. Just steps away from the public beach access. Really liked the upstairs/downstairs living area and having our morning coffee on the deck listening to the waves.

Great Value

Great location only steps from the beach. House was very clean with all the amenities we needed for a group of 7 adults. Though you can’t see the ocean from the porch you can still sit and listen to the waves crash. This place was almost half the cost of most other places and I would highly recommend it. Unless you just have to be ocean view, save your money and stay here.

A Great Family Getaway

The Lake House is a wonderful spot to gather and visit with family in a beautiful location. There is plenty of room for people not to feel on top of each other and literally steps from the beach!We took advantage of everything—from the beach toys and body boards, the grill, and the board games!We loved learning the history of the Lake House and Bethune Beach, local places to eat, and points of interest!We enjoyed all the wildlife! From the crabs and the ibis, the dolphins and especially the manatees!!We had a small issue during our stay, and the Lakes drove all the way from Orlando to help fix it! Totally responsive!We probably walked to JB’s Fish Camp every day to eat or rent kayaks to get out on Mosquito Lagoon! (And that name is accurate—bring bug spray)

Nice real people’s house! Very relaxing. Weather was awful but still plenty to do. Will come again!

Volusia County needs to fix those beach walkways! This was the only bummer and we found that they’ve been out since hurricane Matthew! Younguns among us climbed the rocks to dig for sand fleas and fish for pompano but the elders stuck to the walks in the National Seashore which is so close it’s like a personal playground! Easy boat ramp access and nice walks. We saw armadillos, dolphins, gopher tortoises, and raccoons. Great spot.

Wonderful vacation

We enjoyed our summer vacation at the 'Lake House'. This was our first time to New Smyrna Beach and we enjoyed it thoroughly. This house is ideal for families. Our group of 6 had plenty of space. You can not get the same privacy and conveniences in a condo. It was a home away from home. On a quiet, non busy road just steps from the beach. We felt very safe here with the kids. You can hear the ocean when you open the door. There were towels, beach toys and chairs to use. We enjoyed the video library on rainy afternoons. Plenty of space to spread out if someone needed a nap! We enjoyed several suggested restaurants. The state park and turtle mound boat tour were 5 minutes away. This was an awesome location to have what felt like a private beach and then just be a short drive for day trips. We visited the space center, the light house and St. Augustine too. Lots of fun memories made staying here. One suggestion to travelers- pack your bug spray and hydrocortisone!

Fabulous beach vacation

Our family had a great time together enjoying the beach just across the street—collecting shells, riding the waves, sitting and listening to the waves. The house has lots of rooms to accommodate a large family and we enjoyed the movies & games provided. Great vacation option!

Great beach house

Perfect beach house for our family vacation. It was a very short walk to the beach access. The beach was not crowded since there was not any public parking close to this area. Loved the layout of the house because it had lots of space.

Family vacation

What a great home! My family and I had an amazing time! Beach everyday, had some take out for the local restaurants! It was nice to get away with all the craziness in the world right now!! Definitely going to book this place again and again!!

Great house - plenty of room for our whole family

We really enjoyed staying at the Lake’s beach house. The owner supplied everything we needed and we were able to walk to the beach every day since it was only a couple of houses over to the walkway. The beach was never crowded and the area restaurants were fantastic. Would highly recommend El Patron for authentic Mexican food and JB’s Fish Camp for seafood. The only issue we ran into were the mosquitoes, but there isn’t anything the owner could do about those. Thanks for a great week.

Great place to unwind

Debi's house was a great respite for our after busy days. The kids loved playing in the water and the street was quiet and safe. The house had all the necessities of home and plenty of space for everyone to have alone time and to spend time together. The beach toys and chairs along with towels we're a great addition and a great thing not to pack. We'd definitely stay again.

Relaxing week at the "Lake House"

My family had a fun and relaxing week at the Lake's beach house. Compared to some of the other condos and townhomes we've stayed in at various beaches, this house was quite spacious. We had three adults and two young teens and never felt the least bit cramped. A nice sized kitchen and dining table, as well as two living areas, the pool table, and a fantastic balcony had us enjoying our time in the house as much as our time on the sand. My wife was thrilled with the full sized washer/drier (as opposed to the typical over/under, compact ones we usually see at beach rentals). We brought our own beach toys, but there was a nice selection of chairs and boogie boards for use. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dinnerware, pots, pans, and bowls (and most of it even matched!). Food-wise, there were very basic essentials (salt, pepper), so you would need to provide most of what you might want there. I actually didn't mind at all, as I'm a little skeptical of using the "community" food that is left at rental properties. The kitchen includes two coffee makers - a Keurig and a 12-cup traditional drip machine. There were plenty of towels for showers and beach trips. The kids enjoyed the Wifi connection and DVD collection, as well as the pool table. Except for one day-trip to Kennedy Space Center (about an hour's drive) we spent every day out on the beach. The walk to the beach is a piece of cake - up the street a few houses, then right over the public access. The beach was very quiet during our stay (end of March). Right now, the beach itself is not very wide, and very slim when high tide is up. I read that they have been dealing with some erosion from the regular tides, as well as some of last year's storms, but it wasn't a big problem. We just checked the tide chart, and took a nap during high tide. The national seashore is an easy walk south, if you want that more "undeveloped" feel. We did not eat out, but there looked to be some great local places to go. Flagler Avenue in New Smyrna is a nice place to stroll and browse through shops and cafes. We did get some fresh fish and crab cakes to take home at Ocean's Seafoods Beachside. It was delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic week and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Excellent location and wonderful well kept property

We have stayed at many properties in New Smyrna over the years. Debi Lake's property is now our favorite. Their home is well equipped and VERY clean and the location is perfect. The walk to the beach is shorter than a beach front condo in most cases. The beach, being this far south, has few people on it and is surrounded by wonderful nature. The home is very roomy and we had no problems and no issues - everything was comfortable and it had all that you need. Debi even provides chairs and beach towels - outdoor shower and hose for rinsing, etc. Can't say enough good things about this property.

Wonderful well stocked house by the beach!!

Had a great time in the Lake House! The house is well stocked with everything you need for your beach stay. We enjoyed being across the street from the VERY private beach. The upper deck gave great ocean views! Really enjoyed the pool table. The location is great for those who wish to be a bit removed from the traditional crowded touristy areas. House was clean and Debi was very easy to work with. JB Fishcamp great restaurant! Ate there twice!

Perfect location and well equipped!

We loved our stay over the Thanksgiving holidays. The house was clean, very well equipped and located within a short walk of the beach and a park on the river with a playground and a boardwalk where we watched dolphins. Moreover, the Canaveral National Sea Shore and its miles of unpopulated beach is a very short drive away. A great value in a great place.

My name is Debi Lake and I manage our family vacation home. My in-laws, Pat & Jerry, had this home built in 1980 for weekends and summer vacations. After some damage that occurred during a 2005 hurricane, we did a total renovation that took several years to complete. To help offset the cost of that renovation plus the overall high maintenance of a beach property, we decided to accept weekly rentals. Please see our guest reviews. We began renting only a few years ago, after our renovation. We loved the Atlantic beaches and always wanted a family vacation home. With Orlando as our home base, we wanted some place within a reasonable drive and New Smyrna was the perfect choice. It exactly a 1.5 hour drive for us door-to-door. Also we loved the remoteness that 'Bethune Beach' (South NSB) offered. It's like our own private beach (no traffic).

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love being so close to the undeveloped beach of Canaveral National Seashore park, and yet only a quick jaunt away from restaurants & shopping. We love having two separate, upstairs/downstairs family/TV areas. The kids can shoot pool, play video games and watch their shows downstairs, while we enjoy other activities upstairs. We love our large upstairs outside deck, especially in the mornings with a cup a coffee and late afternoons with a refreshing adult beverage. It doesn't get better than that!
