My oh my, if it isn't the sweetest little vacation home in New Smyrna Beach–just STEPS from the beach! This one-of-a-kind 2 bed, 2 bath nautical-themed home is full-featured and exquisitely decorated with custom local art pieces throughout. From the modern fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with coffee bar, to the spacious and beautifully appointed private fenced yard, Sandy Toes is sure to put you in the beachiest of moods for your stay in NSB!

A Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front entrance of dwelling. Recordings of audio and video take place when motion is detected at the front door.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $163.80 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

I absolutely love this rental, the check-in process was super easy. The house was very spacious and very comfortable. All the beds were very comfortable as well! I love the private backyard. My husband and high plan to be back and absolutely love this house!

Family Beach Vacation

Arrived and checked in without any problems. Location excellent! Walkti beach, bars and restaurants. Great fenced in yard for furry family. Will definitely stay here again and again!

Wonderful property ! with a private, fenced back yard

We love this home, we have rented a lot of different homes in New Smyrna Beach for many years. This location is perfect, well decorated, private back yard, very clean and has everything you could possible need for your stay. Surprisingly quite don't hear any noise from the street out front.Thank you we will be back!

Vacation time with my sweet dog

The property was exactly as listed, extremely clean and the yard was perfect for my dog when we weren’t out and about exploring. Many of the restaurants were dog friendly and welcoming. The perfect getaway.

My family and I enjoyed this house so much! The backyard was perfect for our dog. The house was very clean and the instructions were listed very clearly throughout the house. Very, very short walk to the beach, we’ll definitely be back!

Great location.

Everything about our experience with Fun Coast rentals was positive. The initial communications, check-in, quick resolution of a minor problem with the TV connections and a last minute extension of our stay for an additional night. The property is literally right across the street to a direct beach access. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The furnishings and beds were comfortable. The back yard was perfect for our grandchildren and dog. We hope to return next year and extend our 1 month stay.
