Luxury Spacious Poolside Villa, 30 steps to Beach!

Welcome to Villa Jardin: a luxury villa set within the serenity of a timeless tropical garden, right next to the beach in Half Moon Bay, Akumal. Tropical trees and native flora create a sanctuary where you and your family can relax. Villa Jardin is a separate 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa located in a small condominium complex with the largest pool in Akumal. It is perfect for a larger family or multi-generational group seeking plenty of space and yet privacy. The villa is located right next to our pool and only steps from the beach.

Villa Jardin has 1800 sq ft of living space. The large living and dining areas downstairs provide a comfortable gathering space. A beautiful stained glass window overlooks the dining table. On the second floor there is an outdoor patio perfect for private sunning, twilight dinners or star gazing. The main level is accessed from a front, screened in, patio area which overlooks the pool. Two of the three bedrooms are on the main level. The first is furnished with a king bed, the second with two single beds. Both bedrooms enjoy an enclosed garden area. A full bath services the two bedrooms. The upper level consists of the large master suite, romantically sitting under a high brick domed ceiling. The master suite is furnished with a king bed and enjoys a private bath. It also has a wonderful sitting area for those private moments.

Décor is done in the warm natural colors of the Yucatan region with special emphasis on the blues and greens of Akumal's surrounding jungle and beaches. Throughout the villa, are examples of the pottery, fabrics and artisinal crafts collected by the owners.

Our small complex, La Sirena, is known for its wonderful tropical gardens which attract migrating butterflies, hummingbirds and even the occasional monkey! Within the gardens is our large pool boasting Caribbean blue tiles and even a large lap lane. This is a favored place to relax after time spent on the beach and sand.

La Sirena is located on the northern end of Half Moon Bay, now called North Akumal. As two lots were combined to create our complex, we have double the space AND BEACH as other complexes having the same amount of units.

Akumal is sixty miles south of Cancun International Airport, south on the four lane, newly renovated highway 307. Half Moon Bay (HMB) s considered the 'original' Akumal, along with Akumal Bay. HMB is where most of the beachfront houses and small condo complexes are; and is a designated ecological zone, therefore it is very low density. So while you are close to everything you are in the middle of nowhere as it is very private and quieter. North Akumal is a quiet, laid-back area focused on our beautiful bay and beaches, snorkeling and pristine diving. There are Mayan ruins, golf, nature parks, cenotes, even active nightlife.

As travelers ourselves we have adapted policies to be much more supportive than the standard, including more flexible payment and cancellation options. We have also implemented the most modern current cleaning protocols. And our staff are dedicated only to us, they don't move around to other complexes... Less exposure. Finally our complex is twice the size as others, with the same number of units. So social distancing is natural. Check out our website for details!
