Cozy up inside by the gas fireplace while taking in the views of the lake or bring your snowmobiles, cross country skiis or snowshoes and head outside, then warm up in the hot tub or by the Solo Firepit.
State parks and state forest nearby.
Great spot for snowmobilers and ATVers! Many miles of trails including close access to Soo Line and Munger Trails.

Summer:
Cook up a delicious outdoor breakfast on the 36” griddle. Sip coffee overlooking the lake. Set up for a relaxing day on the private sandy beach. Sand bottom lake with clear water that stays shallow for great swimming! Lounge in the hammock. Cruise around the lake on the kayak or paddle board. Or rent the 2023 Sylvan pontoon for more lake fun! Grill some dinner and take in the sunset while enjoying the lakeside bonfire and s’mores.

***Please note: steps to front entrance and multi level home. Some do not have hand rails. Several sets of stairs down to lake access. Property may not be appropriate for those with limited mobility.
***Beach firepit may not be usable in winter. Some areas of the beach may be unusable in winter due to dock and lift storage.

*Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, cooking utensils and dinning wares)
*Traeger grill and 36” griddle available for outdoor cooking
*Linens and towels including beach/hot tub towels will be provided to guests.
*Small selection of books, games and toys available including beach toys.
*2 kayaks and 1 paddle board available for summer use, including a selection of adult and child life jackets.

*Smoking not allowed.
*Pets not allowed during rental stay
*Pack n Play crib and king sized air mattress available upon request

**Additional charges will be enforced for misuse of hot tub/excessive sand, debris, etc
**Use of TV in hot tub area is at your own risk. TV is heavy and needs to be placed on mount each day. It is not a weather proof TV and needs to be taken in each night and/or if it’s raining or snowing heavily. Additional charges will be enforced for damage to TV
