With coastal beach décor carried throughout, this open and inviting floor plan is perfect for congregating and never missing out on a conversation. Catch up on your favorite sports or movies while relaxing on the couch (which converts to a sleeper sofa) and loveseat. Try out your cooking skills in the modern kitchen with spacious granite countertops stocked with both a Keurig and regular coffee pot, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Savor your meals at the dining table with seating for six and two additional at the bar. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the hall closet. The bunk room (BR1) has two Twin over Full bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) consists of a King bed, closet, TV, dresser, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a doorless walk-in shower with two rain heads. Venture to the guest bedroom (BR3) offering a King bed, closet, and wall-mounted TV. The hall bath can be accessed by both the hall and the guest bedroom. This full bath has a large shower with a glass enclosure. All Apple TVs are equipped with corresponding remotes and pre-loaded with applications to watch and interact with. Swim in the shared community pool or bask in the sun beside it. This is the perfect location just 0.4 miles from the beach and 0.7 miles to restaurants, shops, and bars. Salt Therapy is the cure-all, so pack your beach attire and gather your family to come and play in Port A.
