Outside, soak up the warm rays from the rocking chairs while admiring the towering peaks and lush treetops from the open deck. Or slip into the hot tub for a soothing soak with stunning scenery on the covered deck. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue or head inside to cook in the fully equipped kitchen that features major and minor appliances, pots and pans, dishware, stone countertops, bar seating at the island, and a large dining table.

Ready to unwind after a day of play in the national park or at Gatlinburg attractions? House was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. While not the newest and fanciest cabin available in the area, it had plenty of charm and bedrooms for our large family. Our elderly mother was able to use the first-floor bedroom which gave her acess to the kitchen and living room, while the bedrooms up and downstairs were great for all her children, grandchildren, and even first great-grandchild! The only WiFi available in the area is dial-up, so if you have a Starlink or hotspot bring it - you'll find the provided wifi uselessly slow. All and all a great spot.

The cabin was prwtty private not on top of another. The cabin could have been more clean and furniture updated, but overall rhe cabin itsekf was nice and views were good. Couod use more balcony furniture to sit out with family.

This property served the purpose of housing 18 people. The kitchen had everything we needed, the views were fantastic. We just had a great time visiting and spending time with family.

The cabin over all was so beautiful with a fantastic view. It was pet friendly just a little difficult finding an area for my dog to go potty. Flat ground was very scarce. The wi fi was not good and was very slow and would either not connect or stay connected. The hot tub area could use some lighting but was still very nice. Even with these minor issues i would still recommend this cabin. Lots of room for our big group of adults.

Yearly Family Trip

We take a yearly family trip in the Fall. There’s 12 of us in the family so it’s hard to find a place large enough for all of us. Our view was the absolute best view we’ve ever had in all our years. The house was very nice and fun for all of us. The only thing we were a tad disappointed in was the size of the refrigerator lol. With our family, we have a lot of food lol. Hopefully, we can rent this place again next year! We loved it!

The furniture for the most part living room, and a few beds were out dated and uncomfortable, had major issues with the internet, to where we were unable to watch tv or use any apps at all, tv in the game room was busted and we couldnt use it at all and couch in game room was not clean and not in good condition so we were not comfortable even attempting to use the game room, and tv didnt get fixed until after our stay was over from messages i received after i was already checked out, so overall i feel things can be updated and that in itself will improve the overall tremendously. And dryer also did not work, and after washing clothes is when we found out that it didnt work, so imagine having soaking wet clothes with no way to dry them.

A giant rip off.

The furniture was horrible. Couches and beds should have been replaced ages ago. They were awful. Even the TVs didn’t work. Many outlets didn’t work. Toaster didn’t work. Not a single condiment, not even salt or pepper. No aluminum foil. Nothing. I paid a premium price and definitely felt shortchanged. The owner has not invested a dime for years. The garbage strewn around property disgraceful. Shrubbery nit maintained. There is acid water causing copper stains in all the sinks and tuns.The place requires a water neutralizer. I would NEVER go back to,this place. What a rip off!

The property needs major updating. The bunk beds could not be used because they seemed unsteady and swayed when you attempted to get into it. The living room furniture and dining room chairs and stools are falling apart and need to be replaced. The 3 rocking chairs in the deck were falling apart. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked. There were centipedes all over the lower level. The entire house could use a good overhaul. We won’t stay there ever again.

Dirty, poorly maintained, would never recommend.

We arrived to find this cabin very dirty. The kitchen floor was filthy, mouse droppings on the kitchen backsplash, the dining table had not been wiped off, wood floors clearly not swept, sofa had gobs of dog hair. On the carpeted stairs going to 2nd floor there were what appeared to be pieces of Dorito chips, a razor cap, all manner of crud. Wood stairs going to lower level were the same. Aside from the filth, the place is not maintained at all. Of the five rocking chairs on the porch, only three were useable, the others broken including the porch table. Several of the dining room table chairs are iffy or un-useable, one of the counter chairs has the seat broken out. Desk chair arm is broken and dangling by a screw. Most windows either don't open or don't have screens, and if you open them, the window wells are full of all manner of gross stuff. The screen on the patio door is totally ripped and just flaps in the wind. Pool table looks like it's never been swept. We did NOT use the hot tub! At 5:30 pm (20 minutes after we arrived) we called Cabins For You and were told they'd send someone out. An hour later we called again. Three guys finally came sometime after 9 pm and spent about half an hour "cleaning". It was somewhat better (at least swept) but certainly would not be considered clean. $2,400 for 3 1/2 days! Not only will we never go back, we will never recommend this place or Cabins For You to anyone else. So disappointing!! The positives: The view is stunning. Except for unswept floors the bathrooms seem clean. Beds and pillows are pretty good.

The worst customer service ever!

Unfortunately VRBO sub-contract the management of this house to another company that clearly is not good at what they do. I never got the house code to enter and took them 1 hour to answer the phone to be able to enter the cabin. The house was filthy, WiFi didn’t work, some TVs didn’t work, ZERO amenities (not even soap in the showers) toilet leaked all the way down to another bathroom, jacuzzi was destroyed, furniture in terrace was all broken (unusable) there was trash all around the cabin. I have pictures of all of this, and more!
