Looking for a cush place in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the action in DFW?
This is it!
Relax in the Hot Tub, by the Fire Pit, or hang out in the Hammock or on the Inversion table!
This house was put together with you in mind!
You can feel safe here because we keep this house sanitized beyond the standard.
Each bedroom has a luxury king bed with bamboo sheets and Roku TV. Pamper yourself in a fluffy white robe and enjoy delicious wine and coffee as you Wake Up in Texas!

But first, the Wine...
We welcome you with our favorite full bodied old vine zinfandel from Lodi, Cali (famous for their old vine zin)
AND since we're on subject of the finer things in life...
Have you ever felt the buttery softness of breathable bamboo sheets?!?
We've got you covered! All three of your king beds and both pull out queens are blanketed for blissful rest with a cushy, supportive mattress and plenty of pillows.

A ring doorbell camera is in use as well as cameras at each entrance and cover the front and back yards as well. We are in communication with the neighbors and they will report any disruptive behavior to us immediately. Such behavior may result in your group being removed from the property without refund.

Plano wonderful.

This house is every bit as good as it is advertised to be. It is ideally located for activities in and around the Plano and Dallas area. Many additional amenities and thoughtful touches contribute to a homey, comfortable atmosphere. Plenty of space and the kitchen was surprisingly well appointed. The back yard and hot tub were great bonuses.

Not clean but fun space

Honestly this place has a fun atmosphere with a ton of space to hang out! And a lot of extras for guests like games, blankets, coffee and snacks. But it’s not clean, I found 3 large spots on bed sheets, floors were dirty, front and back yard grass and bushes and were not cut/trimmed. Also, found three live water bugs which one is normal for Texas but three in one night stay is not.

Relax stay

We have stayed on the property before in the past and every time we have stayed, We always get a warm welcome from the host Chase and Colette. This place is so relaxing and have a warm welcoming feeling. The chocolate and wine is very tasteful. We love the games and everything about this home. We will be booking again.

Great for gatherings

My friend and I hosted a birthday party here and the space was amazing. The ping pong table was a hit and the kitchen/living area was spacious. If the weathers nice the size of the backyard could be utilized, however there’s a hot tub for the colder months!

I booked one night with some friends and family, this home absolutely beautiful with so many amenities! The check in process was easy and the hosts were great I definitely recommend this place to everyone for all ages.

Nice house, true super host

The house was good for our stay - in a nice suburban neighborhood. Super comfy and lots of room. It was fully equipped with everything you’d need, especially if you were staying longer or traveling with kids/family. The hosts are obviously professionals who run a property rental business because they communicated all info, rules, fees, etc very clearly.

DFW Hideaway

We had a great time staying at this property. We enjoyed the amenities and closeness to places like downtown McKinney. Everything was clean and the hot tub was awesome. Highly recommend.

Excellent place!!!

This spot was perfect!! Linens were top notch! Totally stocked kitchen! Ping Pong and Pac Man provided tons of entertainment and the kitchen is perfect for hanging out and cooking! We loved our stay!!

Great Property!

This property was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials needed for a short or extended stay. Just a few cosmetic issues with the property which were brought to the property managers attention, just because I didn't want my group to get the blame. Don't get me wrong very minor, I'm just picky! The property manager replied to my messages within minutes and was very apologetic. All in all for the location and price I would definitely stay there again!

Great Getaway

We had an awesome time celebrating 🍾 my Mom's Birthday. The piano was a plus and we had a piano player in the house who serenaded my Mom. Everything is just as the pictures portray and Chase was amazing with communicating with me. I absolutely loved the space. Thank you sooooo much Chase for accommodating my family. You rock 🎸

Small gathering

This was an awesome home! I purchased this property for the weekend for my husband's birthday for a small gathering. Everyone truly enjoyed the home. Chase was great! Definitely would consider again.

Pretty & Comfortable

My family and I spent a week at this pretty house. The beds for all rooms are super comfy, game area was fun for my teen sons. Also, since my sons play the piano it was definitely a plus for them. The patio area is really cute and comfortable and all areas of the house are spacious. Neighborhood is quiet and a 30 minute drive to downtown. House has enough clean towels and their was shampoo & conditioner in each bathroom. I enjoyed that they had a vinyl record player and a few records, thought that was awesome. Communication with owners was super good and easy and check in process also easy. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay!

Awesome for small get together events

My name is Chase. I am a father of 4 wonderful boys and husband to a beautiful, AMAZING wife(Colette) of almost 20 years. OH, and now we have a dog named Ginny, too(she's a chiweenie).

I love music--ESPECIALLY piano, and my wife and I are known "foodies" in the DFW area. I own a T-shirt company in Rockwall, and I spend most of my time raising boys and working around the house.

I am an avid traveler, and frequenter of BnBs around the world.
But as a native Texan, there's nothing I love more than coming home to these endless Texas skies. So much open air to breathe and possibilities to explore!

So if we're staying with you, thank you for being a gracious and accommodating host! And if you're staying with US, I certainly hope you and yours have a wonderful stay and start your days refreshed as you Wake Up in Texas!
