The Panoramic house is located on the shores of Lake Vico in the Villa La Paiola country resort. From 600 m above sea level it offers spectacular views. The house is 50 km from Rome, near the medieval villages of Caprarola and Ronciglione.
Surrounded by oak and chestnut forests, it offers you absolute peace and privacy, although it is only a few kilometers from the city of Viterbo, known for its Terme dei Papi.
The art cities of Tuscany and Umbria can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The panoramic house extends over 140 m2 and has two entrances inside the house and two exits to the private garden. All interior spaces, the 120 m² green garden and the private spa offer a breathtaking view of the lake. Inside: 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room with kitchen and equipped terrace with pergola. Space for luggage storage and cloakroom. In the living room, equipped with a bar area, there is a second exit to the garden. The green garden has a solarium with a grape pergola and loungers.
The 12 x 6 x 1.5 m summer pool for shared use is just a few steps away from the house.
