Exceptional! Very rare offer! Air-conditioned farmhouse with private swimming pool located in the heart of the village of Eygalieres in a garden of 8,000 m2 with breathtaking views, silence and no vis-à-vis. Everything can be done on foot or by bike!

The accessibility of the farmhouse is not possible for people with reduced mobility (PRM).

All Comfort, Free Wifi, Private swimming pool, Tesla charging station, our farmhouse has a breathtaking view of the Alpilles and the village (charming Provencal village very popular with painters and artists (exhibitions)). The single-storey Mas with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms:

Mas secured by an alarm. Entrance by electric opening of the gate. The one-hectare park avoids you from all vis-à-vis.
You can relax by the swimming pool (secure) with the view of the Viel Eygalières or in the garden under the almond trees (Lis Amélié = Les Amandiers) with the view of the Alpilles. The whole 360 ​​° view is beautiful and photogenic.
Eygalières is one of the main villages of the Alpilles with Baux de Provence and Saint Rémy, it looks like a village of santons. It has kept in its historical and cultural site, its Provencal market (Friday morning), its customs (Christmas, Easter Tuesday, Saint Laurent), its sheep, its folk festivals, its AOC olive oil mills (Mouries..), the friendly charm of the inhabitants (pétanque, pastis, siesta ...)

Great house and location

Came here with family to explore the area. House was great. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 kids. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed for the visit. Outdoor seating and eating. Village is very close and the market is great!! The best was the pool. Kids had a great time. Well maintained home. Would rent here again and again.

Comfortable house.

Comfortable traditional villa with ample parking, a good size pool and very comfortable outside furniture. Living area very spacious with wonderful sofas. Kitchen rather tired but fairly well equipped. We had a pleasant stay although we did not walk to the village as the road is quite busy and nowhere to get off when a vechicle approaches often quite fast as it is a straight stretch. Eygalieres is charming and has all you need day to day. All in all a succesful rental.

Great Location and excellent house for a large family or two small families

Nice house with a very comfortable terrace on a large lot so you are not bothered by the neighbors and there is no vis-à-vis. Just a few minutes from the village but recommend you walk through the fields in back as the road is fairly busy and there is no sidewalk. Aix is only 40 minutes away and the Baux are about the same so very well placed to visit all the different areas. The local contact is a extremely helpful and just a great person which adds to the experience.

Our second year

Completely lived up to the first time we came here. All 7 of us (6 adults plus non-shedding dog) had a great time. The villa is lovely, in a beautiful spot; the village, within walking distance, is delightful and offers everything - bakeries, little supermarket, bars, restaurants; and there's a bigger supermarket a quick drive away. Brilliant! A tiny drawback: the walk between house and village is a little bit daunting - not in terms of distance but the lack of pavement makes it feel a bit worrying in terms of nearness to cars (though the road isn't a busy one).

Relaxing 4 weeks stay in Eygalieres

The property is indeed, as others mentioned, a very walkable distance to a wonderful small town. The setting of the property is excellent. The views of les Alpilles and the nearby hilltops in town are lit up at night. The stars are abundant and bright on clear a night. The full moon, we experienced two during our stay, was magical. We used the swimming pool in the early weeks in late September and loved it. It is kept very clean and the light salt water (I think, vs. chlorine) was soothing. As the weather cooled in October we were less tempted to swim. There is a large sort of ex-olive grove in the front where the ground is covered in wild thyme (which we cooked with many nights), and small wild flowers. The house is sort of rambling but all on one level so very convenient and easy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook most nights, plenty of dishes and cutlery, and a large assortment of pots and pans. We all loved the house and location.

Lovely serene vacation spot

A lovely, spacious and relaxing spot to unwind with the music of the cicadas in the background. Pool perfect for cooling off. Easy walk into town featuring spectacular views from clock tower, short drive to St. Remy if you want something busier. Perfect spot to unwind! Helps to know some French to communicate with property manager, but with Google translate you will be fine. Helps to text via WhatsApp to connect with property manager who will let you in. We hope to return!!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ruhig am Rande von Eygalières. Das Dörfchen mit allen notwendigen Geschäften und zahlreichen Restaurants ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über gut ausgestattete Badezimmer. Auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man auch bei einem Regenschauer draußen sitzen. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und komplett eingezäunt, was für unseren Hund sehr gut war. Kontakt mit dem Besitzer und dem Verwalter war sehr problemlos. Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Rundum eine Empfehlung!

Super Domizil in herrlicher Umgebung

Tolles Haus, genügend Platz,wunderschön großes Gelände, ideal für den Hund der hier super toben konnte, weil das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Hausverwalter waren super, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe, im Ort fussläufig erreichbar schöne Restaurants. Empfehlenswert ist der Markt freitags in Eygaliere. Die Gegend ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Insgesamt war es ein super Urlaub, auch wenn wir im Oktober den Pool nicht nutzen konnten (viel zu kalt) und die Heizung braucht man auf jeden Fall weil es im Haus doch sehr kühl ist. Es hätten mehr Handtücher und Geschirrtücher da sein können. Zum Glück gab es eine Waschmaschine! Internet sehr gut, aber kein deutsches Fernsehen, nur gegen Bezahlung.

Leichte Enttäuschung

Das Haus bleibt auch bei Temperaturen von 30 Grad immer angenehm kühl, liegt abgeschieden und garantiert absolute Ruhe. Der Pool allerdings liegt absolut ungünstig, fast den ganzen Tag zu 3/4 im Schatten. Mit Schwimmen bei 22 Grad Wassertemperatur ist im September nicht zu denken! Selbst nach Poolservice bleibt derselbe kaum mehr als ein paar Stunden sauber. Aussendusche in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Alles im Aussenbereich ist leicht vernachlässigt. Das Dörfchen Éygalières aber ist Klasse

Eine perfekte Woche!

Wir haben uns in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang von Mr. Frank war trotz Verspätung unsererseits sehr freundlich und informativ. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der große Pool mit toller Terrasse und Liegestühlen und das großzügige Grundstück sind perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Gegend. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll, für uns (4 Erwachsene und ein Hund) war reichlich Platz vorhanden. Wir waren schon mehrmals in Südfrankreich, kannten diese Gegend noch nicht und waren begeistert! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Déçus

Pendant le séjour les questions pratiques posées au gestionnaire sont restées sans réponses. L’entretient de la piscine et du jardin font partie du contrat de location mais n’ont pas été fait. L’évier de la cuisine étant bouché une promesse du gestionnaire de passer le lendemain n’est pas respectée, l’évier a été débouché par nos soins. Mais cerise sur le gâteau; la propriétaire considère que mon chien a abimé son coussin d’extérieur et après ne pas avoir répondu à mes mails lui signalant que selon moi le coussin simplement usé et datant surement de quelques années s’est déchiré d’usure elle décide de me retenir près de quatre cent euros sur la caution. Le contrat à signer après réservation mentionne également un payement de deux cent pour le ménage payable uniquement en cash. Heureusement Abritel a été là pour nous aider à gérer la situation. Mis à part ces inconvénients la maison est agréable, bien située et sans vis à vis.

Idéal pour de belles vacances en famille!

Magnifique vue, très joli terrain arboré et délicieusement parfumé aux herbes provencales, jolies pièces agréables, maison spacieuse, bien équipée, facile d'entretien et d'usage, même pour une cohabitation de plusieurs générations. Au calme bien que très proche du charmant village (10min à pied, 2min en voiture) où la gentillesse des habitants et commerçants ne fait qu'accentuer la douceur de vivre ressentie pendant ces vacances au combien attendues après le confinement! Les petits bemols: Pour les non initiés, la puissance du vent inhérent à la région, peut être impressionnante, rendant les parasols dangereux. Il manque des barres d'appui dans les salle d'eau déjà très agréables pour finir d'adapter les douches aux personnes à mobilité réduite. En tous cas, merci: Nous sommes ravis d'avoir eu ce joli cadre pour de beaux souvenirs de famille!

Région magnifique, village sublime gens adorables conviviaux

Juste un petit différent avec le propriétaire concernant les frais de menage, ceci nous a été annoncé la veille du départ, et le montant était exagéré, de plus nous devions les donner cash à l’arrivée...on a aussi du signer un contrat de location qui nous a été envoyé vierge ! la veille du départ sauf que nous étions déjà en vacances et que nous avons du trouver une solution pour l’imprimer et le renvoyer... au final on a trouvé un compromis pour les frais de nettoyage on a coupé la poire en deux 🙂 J’ai quand même fait remarquer que ce n’étais aussi propre à l’arrivée, j’ai du nettoyer le lave-vaisselle exécrable, la hotte et le lave-linge. Tout doit être clair sur l’annonce on doit avoir le choix mais avec tous les éléments dès le départ, pas en catastrophe le dernier jour.
