Gran Acqua Dolce Condo

Our condo is located on the beach side of South Padre Island, just a two-three minute walk to Beach Access #1. It is on the second floor of an 8-unit complex. perfect for a family beach trip, you can see the ocean and hear the waves from the front balcony.
Excellent view of SpaceX launch from the front balcony!

Conveniently located right in the heart of the Island's entertainment district, one block to the bayside. You can walk to Longboard's or Lobo Del Mar, or go two blocks further to Louie's Backyard. CVS is located next door and Rocotto Grill is on the beach side. You can walk to Ceviche Ceviche and a little further to Yummie's Bistro or Gabrielle's.

This condo is in a small, quiet 8-unit complex with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sit in the living room and relax, which features a large tv, full size sofa, and love seat. You can cook a delicious meal and enjoy the view looking down the pool side. Primary bedroom has complete furnishings, king size bed with comfortable bedding, smart tv, large closet. Second bedroom has complete furnishings two full beds with comfortable bedding, large closet. Both bathrooms included beautiful tiled shower and cabinet space. Towels and toiletries are included. Kitchen features full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dish washer.

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, streaming, washer and dryer, 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for your convenience to use at the beach.

You can see the fireworks from Louie's Backyard on the back balcony and on a clear night you can see them from Clayton's Beach Bar.

*This is a family-friendly neighborhood so please be mindful there is no party policy. All guest have to be 25 or older.

Tandem Parking: There is enough space for two large vehicles and no pass is required.

Pets: Unfortunately no pets are allowed.

At the end of your stay, 1. place all used towels, sheets, and blankets in the tub, 2. turn on last load for dishwasher, and 3. throw the trash.
Rinse off sand before using the pool/jacuzzi. Shower to rinse is located on East side of the building.

Such a nice condo

Very nice condo in a quiet area in South Padre near beach access and restaurants. This condo is one of the best stocked condos we have ever stayed in during our travels. Beach theme throughout, comfortable beds, spacious unit with a small balcony. There is a hot tub and pool available to use also. This unit is on the second floor of a three floor unit. The owner was quick to respond to questions or comments. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Would stay there again if in South Padre.

"Completely furnished"

We really enjoyed this place, clean,3 min. walking to the beach. this is the 2nd time staying there, ... only we would like the check in /check out maybe consired change a little.

Great Beach Getaway

This was a wonderful place to stay! Less than three minutes walk to the beach. The accommodations were great for our family of six. The only con is that the street in front of the condo backs up and makes it difficult to get in during high traffic hours, but it was a minor inconvenience. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit South Padre!

Clean, comfortable condo in convenient location on SPI

This is an immaculately clean, comfortable condo in a convenient location. It's a three minute walk to the beach, half a block to Padre Boulevard, and within walking distance of several awesome food trucks. The CVS next door has a food, beer & wine section, so that's super-handy, too. The condo is also on the free bus line. We had a car, so were able to get all over with no trouble, but this location provides a lot of flexibility and access. The master bedroom was en suite and restful, and the kitchen had all that we needed for cooking. I would totally stay here again if returning to SPI.

Breath of fresh air!

The only negative thing I would say is the wooden stairs up to the condominium. Because of my age and knee issues I had to be extremely careful going up & down. Otherwise it was a fabulous place to stay. Plenty of room & lots of pretty beach decorations. Very pleasant.

The condo was nice ! Tv was hard to control no information sheets . KEPT GOING OFF ??I Was there all alone of the 8 units !spooky ? the small pool area WAS NOT HEATED ...NEVER SAW A MANAGER?? I'LL GET A LOWER FLOOR UNIT NEXT TIME stars were really Ruff for me with the luggage

Location is the best. You can just walk to the beach and the heated pool was great!! Everything on the advertisement was exact and property owner responded quickly to questions.

Great property near the beach

The location of this rental is amazing! Only one block from the beach and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The only complaints I had were the hot tub was not working which was upsetting and the rental did not have any toilet paper or napkins which had us going to CVS to get some for the rental. Overall was a great stay and would come back when they fix the hot tub!
