The host was very an accommodating. We loved the little extras in the place. The pool was heated and cleaned during our stay. Since it was colder than expected we enjoyed the multiple channels on tv.

Our stay was PERFECT! This place is very modern and clean. It is literally right across the street from beach access. We walked to several restaurants and stores also. All the extras such as beach chairs, rolling cooler, washer/dryer, and bathroom amenities were much appreciated. This is just a FANTASTIC place to stay.

I can say that I did get a notification from my housekeeper when she first arrived for cleaning after checkout. It was a picture of plants that had fallen off of a shelf onto the floor without being picked-up. There was also a picture of the couch that was wet with what looked and smelled like urine. I did have to pay extra to have the cushion cleaned and did not charge Christina an extra fee.

Perfect vacation rental.

We absolutely loved this rental. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owners did an excellent job making this a beautiful rental property. The location was perfect. We will definitely go back to South Padre and stay here again. A wonderful vacation and rental property.

Wonderful place

This place is extremely clean and beautiful furnished and decorated.They have thought of every little thing for convenience of your stay. It is super close walk to the beach. Good area close to everything. Absolutely would return anytime in the area.

Amazing, perfect place!

Clean, darling decor, best location, and has everything available for guests! From the convenient parking to phone chargers in every room, beach towels, wagon and chairs for the beach...no detail was missing. THE Comfiest beds too! It was a great, comfortable, and convenient place for our family vacation! Highly recommend.

James, I'm so sorry that you felt that our Bright Beach Bungalow deserved a 4 star review. I believe that you are the ONLY guest that has ever rated it as such. The Internet outage during the TROPICAL STORM was definitely not within our control as Premier Hosts. I did, however, refund your $125 cleaning fee in order to help make it right! Thanks for staying at our beautiful beach space!

The Perfect Weekend Getaway

This rental was by far one of our favorite weekend beach bungalows to date! Check in was a breeze and the location was great. The property was clean and just as described in the listing. Beautiful place!

Every year we stay for a week at SPI and this is the best and cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed at in years. Loved the clean and fresh decor, loved the details of leaving little extras in the bathrooms and kitchen, and especially loved the smart TVs when we were tired from days at the beach. We will definitely be back and only reserve here if it’s available I hope!! Thank you so much for being such great hosts! Great location and excellent parking spots!!

Cozy beautiful condo

We loved this condo so much! It had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the location was perfect and so close to the beach! We enjoyed the patio and just an all around relaxing home. Kay was very helpful when we forgot something in the home. Greatly appreciate it. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing house and host

We brought my parents down for their first trip to Padre. This is the cutest condo with an amazing host and great communication. My husband and I are coming back down in two weeks for another trip and unfortunately this is gem is not available. We will be watching for an opening!

Everything about this condo was excellent! Clean and cozy! It is located between two beach access entrances. I had a couple questions for Kay on the first day and she answered within minutes. Highly recommend!

Happy 60th Brother

The place was amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was decorated beautifully. Very well planned and incredible updated technology. Will definitely stay here over the summer next year. Two sisters have homes in the island. Very close to condo one on Esperanza and the other sister on constellation. Very close to their homes.

SPI Hidden Gem

This place was amazing! We had everything we needed and more. The attention to detail was on point. Nicely renovated and decorated. Walking distance from the beach was a plus. If you have children they will love that there is a Disney subscription for them on the TV (Netflix too). I will certainly let everyone know that this location is a must to stay at! Thankyou again.

AMAZING....Exceeded My Expectations

The absolute cleanest, cutest, most convenient condo I've ever stayed in. Every detail from start to finish was top notch. Spent a week here for spring break with my daughter and four of her friends. We had everything we needed and more! Plenty of space, all the amenities you could imagine! I want Kay to come decorate my home in St. Louis! Looking for a reason to go back just so I can stay there again!

Perfect Place!

This rental was delightful! The place was decorated adorably with all modern, up-to-date rooms and everything worked like new! The AC, internet, appliances were excellent! The location is so close to the beach and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The property owners/managers were extremely responsive and nice. Parking was easy and the whole process was smooth and user-friendly. There is nothing that could have been done better! A very enthusiastic five stars!!!

Can Not Say Enough Good Things About This Place

We can not say enough good things about this place. First of all, the location is amazing! Literally you can walk across to the beach. The condo is spacious and beautiful and does not lack a thing! It was fully stocked of everything you could think of. I love the fact it had a washer and dryer. There’s a wagon, cooler, and chairs you can use to pull it to the beach. The place was spotless and gorgeous. Exactly as pictured. Pool is on the smaller side but great alternative to beach. Parking was great. Grocery store close by. We would definitely stay here again.
