Este alquiler de playa se encuentra al final de la calle McKinley justo en la playa. Unidad N ° 1 se encuentra al final del condominio que ofrece un ambiente privado, tranquilo y relajante. Con 3 terrazas y una ducha exterior, nunca hay una razón para estar en el interior. Situado en el corazón de Dewey Beach, Surfside Plaza está a pasos de los restaurantes, bares y tiendas de Dewey Beach. La parada de tranvía Jolly está justo al final de la cuadra y un paseo 7 minutos de la Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk.

It was a great place to stay, the nicest we have been to in our many stays at Dewey Beach. The house was clean and well-appointed. Even the cookware was of good quality. The unit was ideal: an end unit with a clear view of the beach (sunrise) and up the beach in both directions. We would gladly stay there again. The host was very friendly and responsive. All good in every way.

The view was amazing, but we were very disappointed with the new Dewey Beach "rules" that allow dogs to run free. And many dog owners did not handle their dogs properly, so we went to a neighboring beach a few miles away where there were very few people and just one or two dogs in the distance.

Best location in Dewey. Woke up to incredible sunrise over the ocean almost every morning. Hurricane Erin made the boogie boarding extra fun. Walked to the bars after a day on the ocean. Hawaiian restaurant was our favorite.Well kept unit with very good ac throughout. Powerful outdoor showerOwner was a pleasure to work with. .

The property was easy to access both with parking and lock box. It was clean and welcoming. We had a fantastic week with Orange (Sturgeon Moon) moons at night and beautiful breezes. The main queen bed is very comfortable and having the balcony right there was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with all the immediate things you would want (more than adequate amounts of plates/cups/glasses/silverwear etc..) and was a nice layout. The living room was comfortable and provided a beautiful view and plenty of TV options with the Roku. Location - besides being beach side - is easily walkable to all the Dewey "hotspots" and if you wanted bayside sunset views..no more than a 5 min walk- recommend the Rusty Rudder street for sunset views. Lastly, being able to bring the dog and have front and back water hose access to get off excess sand off of her and us was a real asset. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Incredible location

Location was perfect and the sunsets from the upper deck were beautiful. Walk out the door and you have a short walk to water’s edge or to a great choice of restaurants and shops. This is the vacation rental my family has been wishing for.

Plumbing issues

Overall okay. We had plumbing issues within 24 hours of checking in with water in the shower not being able to be turned off and the tub not draining. Property was not clean. We kept finding left over trash like wrappers and dental picks under the couch. Oceanview was wonderful however and the location to the beach superb.

Convenient to beach

Nice views from upstairs deck off primary bedroom. Kitchen was adequate for our needs. Microwave, and coffee maker for K pods and drip. Nicely remodeled bathroom. Walking distance to everything in Dewey, and short drive to Rehobeth. Very convenient to beach access.

Wonderful beachside condo

This is a charming oceanside condo with great beach views. Some more recent updates like wood floors help keep the place looking fresh. Great furniture, beds, kitchen appliances. The beach in Dewey is both centrally located for restaurants and takeout as well as right on a beautiful beach that is particularly nice in the offseason (fewer people). The owner was responsive, kind, and communicative. This is a great find.

Oceanfront Property

This property was oceanfront. There was no hot tub even though it was one of the reasons we booked this property. Beds were fine. Deck furniture was ok but when we sat on it we were unable to see the ocean. We made sure to leave the place as clean as we found it. Host made communication difficult when we tried to negotiate the hot tub issue. Will not stay there again.

Beautiful location

We brought the older generations, 77+ to the beach. The views from the balconies are terrific. The outdoor shower is really in an outdoor ‘closet’. Nice shower. Beach chairs are there, and beds are comfortable. Would definitely come again. 🌊⛱️.

Nice Weekend

The location is perfect. The unit was clean with nice outdoor seating areas. This unit is two levels and the steps to the second floor are steep. Also the transition into the kitchen is a tripping hazard. These two items aren’t really a problem unless someone has mobility issues. Overall it was a cute place to spend the weekend.

Great location and amenities

Our family had a great week's vacation here. The townhouse has a great location, right on the beach. The view from the upstairs deck is amazing! The home was clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities we needed. Beach chairs came in very handy! The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet, except for the sound of ocean waves. :)

Good location

Pros: really perfect location, steps from the beach, nice upstairs porch with ocean view, owner was very prompt in answering questions, beds were okay, parking was very convenient, very nice to be able to have our dog there! Cons: we knew that we needed to bring sheets, but I was unaware that we needed towels, so that was a pretty major bummer to walk in and not even have a hand towel in the bathroom. The main shower drain is slow, so you're standing in water up to your ankles. The upstairs patio is beautiful, but the furniture is really uncomfortable and you have to scoot down to see the ocean (it would be so nice to have a clear railing for an unobstructed view). There was a pretty strong musty smell when we walked in, but a little air freshener helped tremendously. The property could be really great with a little TLC!
