Les Dolomites en Trièves

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Gresse-en-Vercors, this charming apartment with ski resort accessible on foot, with swimming pool within the residence, of a surface of 32 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travelers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open kitchen equipped, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a terrace. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
On the 1st floor :
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed.
- A dressing room.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A terrace of about 10 m² facing South-East with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
- Municipal open-air swimming pool located in the residence (not heated), depth from 1m20 to 2m25, fenced, open from the beginning of July to mid-September under the supervision of a state-qualified swimming instructor, price information on site or from your local contact, swimming lessons (initiation, improvement) and aquagym classes.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located on the heights of Gresse-en-Vercors, in a very pleasant and quiet environment with a beautiful view. You can enjoy nearby hiking trails and all the essential stores but also stores, restaurants, bars, market ...

The area :
Family residence, overlooking the village of Gresse en Vercors, in the quiet of the surrounding mountains, with a breathtaking view of the Grand Veymont and the eastern balcony of the Vercors (nicknamed "The French Dolomites), in close proximity to nature.
- Grocery store "Les Dolomites" in the residence
- Farm and goat farm offering direct sales at 200 m
- Cinema "Le Scialet" at 3 minutes walk
- Local shops : pizzeria at 130 m, and bakery at 700 m

Activities :
Winter: alpine or nordic skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, fat bike, dog sledding.
Summer: swimming pool, hiking or mountain biking, dog sledding, forest walks at "L'odyssée Verte", accrobranche park at Saint Michel Les Portes.
All year round: visit of the educational farm of Grand Veymont at 200m from the residence, pedestrian and nautical activities at the lake of Monteynard (boat cruises, himalayan footbridges), discovery of the Trièves.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the apartment.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- In winter, free shuttles to reach the slopes.
- Nearest train station: Monestier-de-Clermont train station located at about 20 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Lyon airport located at about 1h35 by car.

Other remarks :
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Steep staircase.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay is to be done by your care (or in supplement at 80€ with our provider on the spot).
- The bed linen and towels are not included, think of bringing them!
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability. An additional fee may be requested.
