Set back on a flat lot, our home features a wrap around front porch, back deck and ample space inside. Large great room, open kitchen & dining room, 1/2 bath, primary bedroom including a large bathroom and king size bed round out the first floor. Two queen bedrooms and second full bath, including tub, are on the second floor. Laundry on basement level along with a second living room area and flat screen TV. Plenty of room for friends and family to enjoy time together at this quiet mountain home! Linens, towels and starter toiletries included.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property with our two grandchildren. Although it was a short stay, we really enjoyed our visit. The property is spacious and private. The accommodations were very comfortable. Beds were very nice, and my wife loved the linens. There was even enough space in the yard to toss a frisbee. The A/C worked well on the lower level, but we noticed the air temperature was definitely higher in the upper level. Thankfully each room had fans and our grandchildren were fine with it. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked with dishes and cookware. The one thing we would encourage the host to supply is a hair dryer, though it is not listed in the amenities, my wife just assumed one would be there. Internet worked really well and our grandkids loved that! The host was extremely responsive to our few initial questions, and in addressing a coffee maker that needed replacing. Communication was great throughout the process from reservation to arrival. We liked the proximity to North Conway. We would definitely rent here again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

This condo is beautifully furnished and decorated. It is in an excellent location, close to hiking and dining. It lacked a few staples that would have made things a bit more convenient such as food wrap, baggies and storage containers with lids. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay. And I would definitely recommend it.

Great stay in a great location

We had a wonderful time visiting the area and our Madison home base had everything we needed! We took the scenic railroad tour in Conway, traveled along the 302 and Kancamagus highway looking at covered bridges and churches, hiked Echo Lake to Cathedral Ledge, and did an 8 lighthouse crawl along the Maine coast. There are so many good places to eat and shop nearby we hard a hard time choosing where to go next. Highly recommend!

Extremely clean throughout the whole house , many amenities provided , plenty of open space to move around ,well built ,love that the bedroom and bathroom was on the first floor ,so we didn’t need to go upstairs , owner of this property was extremely nice to converse with

Wonderful

Great stay in immaculate home. Firm bed, comfortable setting, great location for our needs. Home was toasty warm with the gas fireplace. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils.

Family of 4 (2 young kids)

This property was spectacular! Everything was just perfect! The house was very comfortable. The decor was beautiful and relaxing. Everything was cleaned and in excellent conditions. We chose this location even though it was about 30 minutes away from the place we planned to visit and we are very, very glad we did!! We hope we can come again and stay in a very near future.

Madison Stay

This house was definitely more beautiful than the pictures. We were very impressed with the quality and the amount of available kitchen utensils. The appliances worked well. The house was also very clean. The mattresses were comfortable as well. The small market close by was very convenient and had everything a family could need from hot food to paper towels and the drive to the center of North Conway as well as Story Land was convenient as well. Feedback: that the toilet flush handle in the master bedroom was a little difficult to push down. Also, having an iron to use in the house would have been very helpful. Overall, great place to stay and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Wedding weekend

Very easy to work with, timely communications. Location convenient to wedding activities in Tamworth and Silver Lake. Easy drive to Conway and Mt. Washington areas.

Great stay in Madison, NH

The modern farmhouse in Madison, NH was clean and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. We had everything we needed and was a great location for being near many different activities in the White Mountains. It had everything our family needed for our weekend stay and would definitely stay again!

Great Time!

The house is exactly how it shows on picture. It’s super cozy and has a great back deck where you can enjoy a great game with some drinks. The location was close to a community Deli and many other places. My family/friends are already thinking of dates for next year. Thank you!

Charming home

The home was absolutely beautiful and updated. Had all the creature comforts. Yard and driveway was perfect for our two pickup and two trailers. Jessica was fantastic and checked in with us to make sure we were al set. Great stay.

For ten years our family has traveled to the area and enjoyed the seasons and their different activities. We purchased our home so we could host friends and family in the area we love most.

We love the area because it is right before the hustle and bustle, in a quiet part of town. We can be at a ski mountain in five minutes, and center of town in 15. It’s close enough but away from it all also.

Access is very easy! Flat, paved, and well maintained roads leading to our home 365 days a year! Silver lake and king Pine area just down the road!
