Firefly Lodge is a 1933 Historic bungalow located minutes from Downtown Prescott. This home features two bedrooms, one bathroom and a private fenced yard for our furry guests. The home has original hardwood floors, original fireplace and retro, mid-century décor. You will feel right at home the moment you walk through the door with plenty of natural lighting and funky furnishings. Firefly Lodge is a 5 minute drive to Historic Whiskey Row, restaurants and boutique shops.



Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find solace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott offers year round activities including Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo in July, special events at Halloween, Veterans Day parade, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, bring your chairs, picnic basket and enjoy the music on the Courthouse Square.



Prescott offers many hiking trails from light and easy to those for the more adventurous seeking a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 20 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!



INSIDE THE HOME

Living room: A perfect gathering place to read or cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. This space offers Smart Tv to stream your favorite apps and bookshelf for your reading pleasure. The original fireplace is available for guest use, we require fireplace logs be used and not firewood.



Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, regular coffee maker, dishwasher, oven/stove and toaster. There is a separate dining area that seats four or you may enjoy the outside dining area.



Bathroom 1 : This retro tiled bathroom includes a walk-in shower, heated towel rack and vanity. The bathroom is stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for guest use.



Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a queen size bed, bedside tables, lamps, closet space and TV. The room offers plenty of natural lighting, perfect for working at the small desk available for guests. There is a queen sized air mattress in the closet for additional guests or children.



Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen size bed, bedside lamps and a small hanging rack for clothes. The room offers plenty of natural lighting, a bookshelf filled with books for your reading pleasure and vibrant décor.



Laundry Room: There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Amenities are available for guest use including an iron and ironing board.



OUTSIDE

Firefly Lodge features a fully fenced private backyard, a picnic table that seats six people and Acacia wood chairs, couches and tables. Guests can take shade under the trees or provided umbrellas. Enjoy an evening under the outdoor café lights while grilling your favorite foods. The outdoor patio areas are built around the homes natural landscaping and may be very uneven for those unsteady on their feet.



*Other things to note:*

The home has central heating and cooling, as well as ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms.



BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. The $60 pet fee will be charged and payable through Airbnb once you`ve made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest`s responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.



Rules and Policies

You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.



Wanderlust Prescott Retreats is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.



Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make Wanderlust Prescott Retreats aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.



Guests will be sent check-in instructions four days prior to arrival.
