A wonderful stay

The apartment was exactly as it was described. In very good condition, very clean and comfortable. You can find everything you need in the sorrounded area. Supermarket, CVS, laundry, and very close to Lincoln road. Conversation with Lee was pleasant, we got all the info we need to get in and park. Very nice garden! We weren’t able to use the laundry service inside the building due to our Italian phone but we found another laundry just crossed the street! Thank you again to make our stay so pleasant!

Hidden little gem in the heart of Miami Beach

My stay was fantastic. Property is right in the center of just about everything. Super easy checkin, very fast communication, great neighborhood. Parking was a really convenient extra. Cao Bakery is literally right across the alley. Trader Joe’s is a short walk north (as is Publix). Whole Foods is just a few blocks south. Great restaurants all around. The courtyard is clean and open. Very nice neighbors too. Will definitely plan on returning.

This location is nice, could be better

I struggled to find it and the parking area (turn into the bank and then north in the alley). The code for the gate was outdated so we couldn’t access the property. No one answered at the two numbers we were given. Luckily someone came home and kindly let us in the gate. Then we struggled to get the door to open (you have to hit the lock button after the code). But we made it and the contacts did respond to us with the corrected information, after we got inside. The place needs of a coat of paint. If marks on walls and dirty baseboards bother you, this is not the place for you. The glass stove top is cracked but works. Location was as described. There is a Trader Joe’s less than a mile up the street, a delightful cafe directly behind the apt, I literally walked out the back gate, across the alley and in their back door every am for the most amazing cafe con leche and guava con queso pastry. There are lots of places to eat/shop within walking distance. Pick up the free trolly in front of that coffee shop. Easiest walk to the beach, take the sidewalk on the north side of the bank, cross the street and take the first street. Go right a little into Flamingo park and then straight to the beach. (Cross Washington and go south about half a block for some amazing cookies on the way to the beach). 20-30 min walk. About a mile. There are bike grab and go rental stations close by. The hot water situation is weird. The shower is great but it takes a long time to get hot. I turned the water on, read a chapter of my book and then it would just be getting hot. Occasionally, it would be hot right away but most of the time you have to give it 10 minutes. Eventually gets really hot. Just give it time. No toiletries so be sure to take your own shampoo/conditioner and body soap for the shower. There was hand soap at the sink and a hair dryer. I liked the Ninja air fryer in the kitchen and there’s a Britta water container in the frig that was nice to have for cold water. Two little ice trays in the freezer made ice quickly so I always had some for cocktails. There is a restaurant that shares the fence line with this property. Every evening you will hear their thumping music, laughter and clanging of diners, and have to endure delicious smelling steaks grilling. It’s torture. If you want to go plan on spending at least a couple hundred dollars. I did see people use the grill on the apartment property. It is nice, so an good option.
