A very large, bright 90m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, electric cooktop and built-in range hood, Nespresso machine, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, kettle, toaster, food processor, raclette set, and all kitchen essentials), a central island with bar stools. In the dining area, there are two large square tables, each seating eight people, which can be pushed together, and a living area with comfortable sofas, a 176-cm Samsung QLED smart TV, a Marshall speaker, as well as a very spacious entryway.
The house has Wi-Fi and an RJ45 outlet in every room.
